FILIPPO INZAGHI got a birthday present in the shape of a great goalkeeper – Diego Lopez.
Inzaghi is currently at Forte dei Marmi to celebrate his 41st birthday (Adriano Galliani, Christian Abbiati, Ignazio Abate and Daniele Bonera are also expected to be present). He got a gift from the club doing as they secured the transfer of the Real Madrid goalkeeper Diego Lopez who will join on Tuesday on a 4-year deal.
Lopez agrees personal terms with Milan, set to join
Milan to meet Lopez agent today, Perin the alternative
“I’m very happy, I’m enjoying this day. Milan are doing the best they can and I hope to do well along with the team,” Inzaghi told the Italian press. “Diego Lopez? He is very important, an experienced goalkeeper who will improve our squad. Have our prospects changed? We can only know that on the field, but we must continue working to be ready for August 31. If Adel Taarabt be the gift for late August? We’ll see…” Galliani will reportedly meet Taarabt’s agent next week to discuss a possible return.
Inzaghi is currently having lunch with Galliani and it is believed that they are discussing the American Tour in which Milan lost three games and won one and also the strategy for the rest of the transfer market, which ends in about three weeks.
I don’t like this transfer but i wish him luck
No you´re right…Lopez only managed to break into one of the best teams in the world, ahead of Iker Casillas, and performed brilliantly. And now he´s joining us for free..what a terrible transfer..
Regardless of how people dislike Taarabt. The player was amazing last year.
He only played for the second half of the season and he scored 4 goals + 1 assist (at least, I dont remember if he assisted more than once) in 14 games. This is a 35.7% chance of scoring for Milan per game.
Those are undeniable statistics and this is exactly the kind of player we need up front! Plus, he proved himself to be able to play in the Italian league which is kind of tricky for some EPL players
I think these could be our best line-up with the current squad available (excluding injured Montolivo)

Guys what you think about these line-ups?
taarabt’s heart is at milan let the club get him and he will do his best.
yea now agazzi to sasualo, dzemaili to seville, armero stay at udinese, essien zaccardo muntari to somewhere.
taarabt, damian/criscito and banega/granier/baselli to milan!! and happy birthday to pipo!!
Cerci or Lavezzi is a must needed to improve our attack , please Galliani and Barbara, act quickly to raise the lost confidence from Rosseneri fans.
Taraabt is highly wanted due to his skills, his heart set on milan, previous experience at milan and availability at low cost.
So sad…we will sign taarbat like we will sign messi or ronaldo…inzaghi said..”we will see…” see who?? Taarbat?OMG
Hey, taarbat already gave a good performance… If you dont satisfied, buy messi or CR7 with your money…
WHAT PIPPO & FESTER KEEPS ON SAYING “GIFT” WAT GIFT ITS ESSENTIAL TO BUY QUALITY PLAYERS CLUBS LIKE LAZIO ARE BUYING BETTER THAN US….SELL THE CLUB…
Im really sad we didnt buy perin, i just hope they get him in the future
Hey Guys be grateful for what u have and thank God.if u don’t like it go and farm..
Milan forlife
I Want Dos santos and Granier or Dzemaili
Thank you Galliani if our gift is a qpr reject that is available for 5m( about £3m) and u get for us on loan. The fall and fall of AC Milan, no other team wants him but we do be cuz he is cheap. Angry and sad are my feelings ATM about this situation
I want Ronaldo lol
Guys here keep clamouring for Taarabt, guys, Menez is better than what Taarabt is. I appreciate what he did, but he is by no means a gift to the fans are you guys serious? Cerci is the guy for us. Cerci, will help improve the quality of our squad, not Taarabt, he’ll be benched in favour of Menez surely. I hope it’s just a smokescreen and that Cerci joins us, sooner rather than later. Like I said before, according to Sportmediaset we’ve gathered 20 million euros just from getting rid of our dead weight + and the departure of Kaka.… Read more »
Hey, taarbat already gave a good performance… If you dont satisfied, buy messi or CR7 with your money…
Now we ask to what Galliani said last 2 months if Kaka & Robinho can go, there is a space for big signing. Now we need Cerci or Lavezzi, not the player like Taarabt. Mr. Galliani, now we need Cerci for RW, Dzemaili for DM and Bonaventura for Left AM.
Buy your player where ever you want with your own money…
Milan in 4-3-3 formation:
Lopez/Abbiati/Gabriel
Abate/De Sciglio – Rami/Bonera – Alex/Zapata – Armero/Albertazzi
Poli/Cristante – De Jong/Dzemaili – Bonaventura/Saponara/Muntari
Cerci/Niang/Honda – Balotelli/Pazzini – El Shaarawy/Menez
Adel Taarabt, is a great talent. Not sure what you guys are going on about.
I am glad milan buy player for improve and fix weakness for team… Lopez for GK, rami and alex for CB, menez for AM or Attacking winger… And now amero and taraabat on the way to milan… I hope milan will get good performance with new team and new coach… And once again i say, we only fans… If you dont like about transfer, you have 2 option, get out and search new club or you give milan fresh money to buy player whatever you want… Hehehehehe
Mr. Galliani, after Armero and Lopez, at least 2 more signing please: Cerci and Dzemaili. Cerci is very strong in right wing with left foot, while Dzemaili very strong and consistence player with very good shooting and can be play as right midfielder and backed-up by Saponara.
Lopez/Abbiati/Gabriel
Abate/De Sciglio – Rami/Bonera – Alex/Zapata – Armero/Albertazzi
Poli/Cristante – De Jong/Cristante – Dzemaili/Saponara/Muntari
Cerci/Niang/Honda – Balotelli/Pazzini – El Shaarawy/Menez
Better that we say that our gift is lopez..not taarbat..we don’t hear any big club interested in him..only milan..cerci is much much better..sell montolivo and get ddarmian
FFP is at fault here those that break can afford too
The penalty is the price of an average player if you break the FFP result shud be alienated from the UEFA CL & banned for the first 5 games of there domestic season
Kojak is about to get him for free. lol
Forget about Cerci and Campbell. Sell abate, sign Darmian. Buy Taarabt as a rw
Where is mexes
I would really like to get Darmian, even if we need to sell Abate.
Also Agazzi, Zaccardo, Albertazzi, Mexes, Didac Vila, Essian and Petagna could be sold.
And we should looks for a talented CM (Montolivo sub), someone like Granier/Rabiot/Džemaili, and maybe another DC like Dede/Doria.
One of Cerci or Taarabt will come without any doubt.
Good signing by Milan for Lopez, now and please don’t bring in taraabt for us we don’t want inexperienced player like him, even birsa is more valuable and good than this taraabt u guys are calling, please there so many player out there,if I may suggest…… shaqiri(1),dos santos(2),cerci(3), and isco. that’s all we can choose from.
