TOMMASO GHIRARDI has revealed Milan have spoken to him about the striker and said doors are open for Zaccardo.
Milan will reportedly cut down the squad number to 25 players, including goalkeepers, which is three players less than what coach Massimiliano Allegri, who is set to stay after all, had at his disposal from January onwards in the last season.
Mario Yepes and Bojan Krkic are all set to leave the club and they will be joined by a number of other players. One of those players could be Cristian Zaccardo, who has only joined Milan in January and signed a 4.5-years contract.
Bonera: “I am very happy with the decision to stick with Allegri”
Confederation Cup 2013: Five Milan players in Italy’s final squad
“Zaccardo? He is a friend as well as a player, we are related to him. He chose to go to Milan but perhaps he didn’t adapt and he’s also didn’t play much. The doors are open for him,” Parma President Tommaso Ghirardi told Sky Sport Italia yesterday. Zaccardo, 31, played from 2009 to 2013 for Parma, but only managed to play one time for Milan, as a sub against Siena.
Meanwhile, Milan seem to be interested in Parma’s 21-year-old striker Ishak Belfodil. “We were at the Lega for several hours and we spoke with Milan,” Ghirardi said. “Belfodil? He’s very young, he’s done very well and it’s clear that the big clubs pay attention to these players. It’s natural.” Milan were also interested in the Algerian striker, who scored eight goals from 33 Serie A appearances, in January and Adriano Galliani talked about him yesterday with Parma’s representatives.
Galliani admitted that the market has started for Milan after the meeting with Max Allegri on Monday. The Rossoneri have already signed Riccardo Saponara (21) and Jherson Vergara (18) and are also close to signing Andrea Poli (23).

Good idea, he hasn’t played enough to stay at milan.
I would also sell Traoré, Antonini, Muntari, Nocerino and Robinho and get a good right winger (Honda?), a first class center back and some quality for the midfield
no need
belfodil?dnt knw much about him?hope he turns out to be a good aquisition.milan shld be very cautious of the youngsters they buy..all the best in our transfer market..
GK: Marchetti
CB: Ogbonna
CM: Poli, Nainggolan, Belhanda/Alcantara/Strootman
CAM: Honda
RW:Cerci and/or Lavezzi
OUT:
Amelia, Antonini, Zaccardo, Yepes, Vila, Nocerino, Traore, Flamini, Urby, Bojan, and Robinho…. maybe Boateng too if we need funds.
flamini shud stay. hes a good back up
Montpellier President: “Milan, Inter, Atletico Madrid, Galatasaray and Aston Villa have made offers for Younès Belhanda. We want €14-15m for him.”
if we can buy him we can go back to the 4-3-1-2 or 4-3-2-1
or we can use 4-2-3-1
I wish Milan can win the treble next season. Forza Milan
just get Ogbonna to rotate with Mexes and Zapata as the main CBs… Salomon, ZACARDO stays with Bonera as squad players.
i mean just Ogbonna for Yepes replacement, then sort out midfield and attack.
don’t make the job dificult by bothering yourself with unnecessary transfers Galliani… Belfodil and Civille are NOT needed
Zaccardo can return to Parma, it’s all right, but we do not need any other attacker except for Cerci. I expect Robi and Bojan to leave that will leave us with:
Balo, Pazzo, El Shaa, Niang, Saponara and the probable inclusion of Cerci, that’s more than enough. Sure Pazzo will miss a little, but no need to buy another player, we have Petagna who can play as a back-up if needed, that’s it!
whole attack just two wingers? dont you think the squad needs more
All I know is that Belfodil and other attackers who are rumoured to us are not wingers, and we are set in the attacking department. If necessary, Niang can play out wide. Otherwise we can change formation to 4-3-1-2 or 4-3-2-1, I think we have a very flexible squad.
finger crossed forza milan
My concern is where will Saponara play in 4-3-3 as he obviously plays best behind stikers, maybe try him wide or go back to 4-2-3-1…
4-2-3-1 it is
Perhaps a good, low cost option for depth.
we canot be set in the attacking department with just two wingers… else allegri will play boateng there.
Boateng will be given the boot
ie he wont even be here next season
@Kingbuzza only if dey manage to sign world class players, but we will see if u are dreaming.
I just bought my ticket for the Guinness International Champions Cup. I get to watch 4 games in Miami. I hope Milan play Juve (the way the brackets are set up we will either face Juve, Everton, La Galaxy)…
Talk bout Belfodil is out of focus. What we need now are creative midfielder to compete Monty, one new centre back, I hope he better than mexes zapata, right winger – niang jut not good enough and boateng out os position. Then maybe, goalkeeper. Striker? There’s Balo, petagna, pazzo. We have Aubameyang who willing to arrive and did really great last season. Why belfodil? Its unnecessary. First thing first Galliani.
I hope these are all rumors. Belfodi is crap, he has discipline problems and is a terrible finisher. I hope its just a rumor or else galliani may be losing it. Milan needs a creative midfielder(mkhitaryan), a forward(zaza), a winger(tello) not cerci. He is average and will be difficult to purchase because he is co-owned. Tello is more talented and he’s release clause is 10mil euros. Galliani and allegri, pls use your brains when making transfer decisions @milanista121: petagna is not ready for the 1st team. He is just 18. Just look at Niang. He is too inexperienced. He needs… Read more »
I’m not saying that Petagna should start. He’ll be a back-up, it’s not like he’s going to start ahead of Balo.
I don’t know about u guys but I’m liking what I’m reading, also news came in Milan made a bid for montpellier’s belhanda. Things are looking bright for us if we get him.
I jst for the beginning of next season. Hope to see an attacking football next season.
attaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack!!!!!!
If milan sells el sharaawy,
it means all the management are all in sane, i mean they are all fools. If they do so
FORZA SHARAAWY.
If milan let el sharaawy leaves.
It means all the management are all in sane. I mean they are all crazy(FOOlS). If they let him go. And i will be very disappointed in belusconi, tevez is too old for milan. Right now we need young players. And the first player we should sign is poli folow by ogbona, diamanti, aubameyang, cerci etc.
FORZA EL SHARAAWY!!!
STAY!!! STAY!!! STAY!!!
