THE SIX PLAYERS that played in Poland and Ukraine will be back in time for the United States Tour.
Milan open the 2012-2013 season officially tomorrow in training center Milanello. The players are expected to arrive to the arena at 12:00 Italy time, and after a press conference and a lunch, the first training will start.
A few players will be not available tomorrow as they are either injured, on vacation or with their NT getting ready for the Olympic Games in London but the season, but the new season surely begins on Monday.

Milan will be doing double training sessions to get fit again and a family friendly will be held on Saturday. On July 27, the Rossoneri will leave Italy for the USA Tour. Milan’s 2012 Euro stars – six in number – will arrive to Milanello on July 24 and start their pre-season then so they’ll fly out to America with the others.
The six players are Ignazio Abate, Antonio Nocerino, Riccardo Montolivo, Antonio Cassano (all four from Italy who reached the final of the tournament), Philippe Mexes (France) and Zlatan Ibrahimovic (Sweden). In fact, the only players that will miss the USA Tour are Alexandre Pato, Thiago Silva and Gabriel who will be with the Brazilian national team for the Olympics in London; like Milan, Menezes’ side gathers tomorrow.
It is still not clear whether Silvio Berlusconi will attend the first training of the new season tomorrow. Adriano Galliani, the new signings (minus Gabriel) and the old players will in Milanello on Monday for sure.

this is a pretty good start 11 if you ask me. i just hope that pato get his game togather and stop being injured because then he is world class. and i hope emanuelson get that lb poss… we saw him there in some games and he made some good tackels and got pace and ball skills and nice crosses into the box.

Personally i prefer Boateng to play in the Centre of the Field in front of the Defense, The guy is very strong and can win tackles, Just like Song plays for Arsenal, Both Song and Boa have the same physique and Boa if given ample time in the centre will surely improve his passing skills. I hear SAF wants him in ManU to do the same . @ 1five1 ,Everybody under Allegri are defensive players, He declined to use PIRLO in front of the defense because he wanted somebody strong and hard working, Isn’t Boa that guy. You can’t make Monty or Nocerino or Robinho play in front of the Defense. Ambrosini and Boa are hard tacklers and that’s what Allegri wants. Boa playing in front of the back 4 is better than Urby playing in the midfield.
