THERE IS a deal between Milan and Genoa-Chievo but the clubs haven’t resolved the co-ownership yet.
It’s no secret that Milan are looking to sign a defender and that Chievo’s center back Francesco Acerbi is the main target of the Rossoneri after the Italian’s very positive season in the ranks of the Flying Donkeys.
Acerbi has said on a few occasions that he dreams of featuring for Milan since he’s a long-life fan of the team but there is still a problem since Chievo & Genoa who co-own the player, cannot find an agreement.

Five reasons why Italy should be taken seriously despite their bad build up to the Euros
“I’ve told Acerbi to be a bit more cautious before he speaks,” Enrico Preziosi said. “There is a problem with the co-ownership resolution with Chievo and we’re talking to them. As soon as we’ll reach a deal we’ll be able to talk. I can confirm that with Milan we have an agreement, but we’ll be talking at the right time.”
“We’re in talks with Milan about Acerbi, but the negotiations have just started. The decision will be made next week,” Giovanni Sartori, the sporting director of Chievo, told SportItalia, confirming the negotiations.
Inter are also interested in the player, but like the Genoa President said, Milan already have an agreement for the player. Milan are also linked with Vasco Da Gama’s CB Dedé and Villarreal’s Cristian Zapata.
Great news I hope Genoa and Chievo can resolve their differences
whether they can or not, they will have to, because if they don’t, it’ll simply go to blind auction and he’ll end up with the highest bidder, who will still sell him to Milan. either way, we get the player
yes Acerbi will be Replaced by Mexes not Nesta n DEDe will Replace Nesta yes Forza Milan
Hahaha, i don’t know why Preziosi’s so kind hearted so far. He takes care everything and send Acerbi to Milan without trying him at all. That’s gorgeous (again)!
If i were a Genoa fan, I didn’t know how my feeling could be after reading this. I hope Acerbi would be as good as the other ‘Genoa’s men’ –Boateng and SES.
The Genoa president shd replace Galliani b’cos he loves milan so much that he always give us his best players for cheap.
Not always. SeS was pretty expensive.
two addition in CB will be good. Acerbi + Dede/Zapata. this season, Zapata will be available in cheap cause Villareal is degradated.
#remember, Yepes will leave Milan next season.
I’d prefer Acerbi + Astori / Dede coming in this summer and then selling Mexes off to PSG
Then when Yepes leaves sign either Dede or Astori. Whoever wasn’t signed this summer.
Thiago Silva, Astori, Acerbi and Dede with Romagnoli as backup is good defense and 2 would be homegrown as well.
Thiago Silva leader of defense with younger players who’d be good for next 10 years or more.
I wonder how many embrassing pictures b n g have of preziosi ?
don’t let inter win the race on acerbi. i cannot forgive galliani if milan lose in the race. besides CB, milan need to sign a creative AM. if milan don’t want to spend much, i suggest milan to offer miralem pjanic to join. he is not roma’s starting XI last season. eriksen is maybe the best AM based on statistics in delivering assists but his price is too high for milan. as for witsel, i don’t really know why milan want to sign him. too many midfielders with similar characteristics in milan.
i read on calciomercato , that didac vila isnt in the plans of allegri and that milan will sell him for the highest bidder , if this happens , allegri is crap , he lets mesbah and antonini , and let didac leave common , mesbah is a lecce player not ac milan , Milan is no ajax , if milan continue like this we will be worse than ajax .
Dat is gud news 4 all milan fans
Goodnews, i like this.
