MILAN’S “creative” offer for Manchester City’s Carlos Tevez is not believed to be enough.
Tevez agent Kia Joorabchian sounded rather optimistic about the possibility of his client coming to Milan on Thursday, as Milan submitted their 2nd offer for the Argentine after Man City turned down the 1st.
However, the Italian media reports today that Manchester City do not intend to accept Milan’s offer for the 27-year-old, which was according to Milan Vice President and Chief Executive Adriano Galliani “creative”.

“City are ready to say no to Milan’s offer for Tevez,” Sky Sport Italia respected journalist Gianluca Di Marzio revealed on Sunday evening. “The English club are hardening their position because they are irritated by their attitude and that of the player. They feel Milan are doing all their talking through the media.”
Milan’s creative offer was, according to reports, a loan deal – with an obligation to sign the player in the summer for €24m if he reaches a certain amount of appearances in the Rossoneri shirt while on loan.
Inter are meanwhile working hard to overtake Milan in negotiations for Tevez. The player’s agent has made it clear that it’s Milan or nothing for Tevez, and the striker himself reportedly promised to Galliani that would reject Inter’s offer – which is believed to be much more attractive than Milan’s for the Europa League side.
“Therefore they await Inter’s written proposal for the player. The Nerazzurri would take Tevez on loan with an unconditional pledge to buy for €25m at the end of the season,” continued Di Marzio. “Now it is up to the Rossoneri to either match Inter’s offer or let the player escape from their clutches.” Milan keep counting on the strong will of the player, but City continue to reject their bids for Carlitos, who’s also wanted by PSG.

Ganso is a good player, however, too prone to injuries. He’s turning into a Owen Hargreaves.
Kaka rejected much money from City saying that he is not a commodities and that he can do what he want. If Teves really love Milan, will do the same issue.sure with that..
We’re waiting for player decision and not City again.
@Ryan,galliani’s approach is not good, can’t u see.if other teams try to play around with our players what will u say. U are also hypocrite n i will never forgive galliani if we loose tevez to inter milan.
cool your temper guys.tevez is a milan player.it just a matter of time.
It seems inter is willing to offer cash for Tevez “Milan & Inter are interested in Tevez because there Economy is the same but milan want a loan Inter wants to buy him outright we have to considered the best offers for the club sake” Roberto Mancini well folks city will reject milan’s second offer honestly I won’t be surprise if he ends up at inter cuz of the money City wants money Inter is willing to give them it Milan want a loan deal..Unless the Supremo Berlusconi steps in which I doubt folks Expect to be Eriksen or Casmerio… Read more »
couldn’t agree more
Reports emerging that Joorabchian, on Tevez’ behalf, rejected the offer from Inter that their director Branca presented last night.
Once again our failure to wrap up deals and insistence to involve the media could lead to us not only not landing a player of real quality but he may even end up with our greatest rivals. I’m not saying we don’t need to strengthen other areas of our team and that the money spent on Tevez could be spent on maybe wiser acquisitions. In any case however you look at it, whether you love him or hate him, none of us want to see Tevez barring down on our defence. Personally I’m a fan of Tevez, his strength and… Read more »
You guys have little faith in Galliani and Braida! Inter wanted Marco Van Basten and was well ahead of Milan as they had a pre-contract signed with Van Basten when he was at Ajax.
Marco Van Basten eventually came to Milan and the rest is history!
If Tevez is wise he will choose Milan over Inter. The same goes for Daniel De Rossi who I believe will sign for Milan next summer!
De Rossi will never betray his club, AS Roma. He will either stay or go to England in City or Chelsea.
The same thing was said about Luis Figo! We all know where did he ended up!
True, but De Rossi is a Roman. Figo however, is not a Catalan. While it was still a gross betrayal, it’s a bit different for most people when it’s home.
I still believe he will choose Milan!
