Massimo Ambrosini, Andrea Pirlo and Filippo Inzaghi are all injured. Gennaro Gattuso is suspended, but Kevin-Prince Boateng is included.

lets face it ibra has not done his reputation any good by still struggling in big champ lge matches.i for one thought he should have been subbed in the first leg cos besides seedorf,he and antonini were awful.have training sections with beretta and sub him in if thegoing gets tough.tottenham wont see this coming and he is not as static as ibra.take the chance allegri.it was due to taking chances that led to paloschi being discovered.he was 17 then and scored on his debut when we had limited options

On one hand he’s a solid lb but i don’t know if he has what it takes to stop Lennon. Antonini is faster but poor at defending. I think that,based on allegri’s moves in history, he will put thiago silva as a DM, and yepes will be included in starting 11 as CB. Also,i fear that there is little chance that merkel will start the game. It’s much more likely that seedorf will start in middlefield. (Man, we seriously lack middlefielders for this game.) Also, based on KPB injury, maybe he will be benched and used as a joker in second half in case of bad result.

Also the reason why so many defenders were made was because we were lacking midfielders. A player like Jankulovski and Abate could if needed play in midfield.
Wow only 4 mid-fielders, I’m guessing this means Silva will be in the Midfield again at least at the start. I guess there is an outside chance Abate could play in the mid or Merkel could play but I doubt that.
This also guarantees the Ibra, Robinho, and Pato will all play from the first minute on.
I don’t see why Boateng shouldn’t start. I’ve read a report he should be ready to go. I think Silva is going to stay in defense this time around. Boateng took part in complete training so he should be fine.

i am very aware our midfield is depleted and if the worse happens,abate and janku could be deplored as midflders.but why do we have as many as six centre backs in the squad?God forbid but what happens if say ibra gets injured?would it have hurt to add beretta instead of lograttaglie who has no chance of playing?

Hi White Hart Lane, welcome again. I have said it before Suprs have a complete team backed up with the right subs. Your strength resides on Bale who is not fit, Lennon and Moderic; VDV can be a problem if inform. But you do have a weak defense when we have a strong attack and defense. You only chances may be on either counter attacks or wings pretty much.
