KLAAS-JAN HUNTELAAR is set to leave.
The Dutchman has told that he decided to leave AC Milan this summer, due to the arrival of Zlatan Ibrahimovic from FC Barcelona.
“It’s true, I did not want to leave Milan but the arrival of Ibrahimovic changed everything. I felt it was better to leave,” the 27-year-old striker told tonight.

“I’ve realized that it was time for me to leave the club. For me it is important to return to play consistently. Schalke is a very good club that often battle for the title and it will be a great challenge.”
Later today or tomorrow Milan will announce the departure of the Dutchman to Schalke, as he confirmed. Milan will reportedly get €13 million.

Hey Meytar, I think your site is great, however it would be great if you could name the info’s source you publish on the site, and not just this case. thanks, keep up the good work!
Soy things din’t work out Hunter.. He was one player i was sure will flourish with Milan… Now our hopes rest with Ibra
i would rather see boriello leave than hunter, good luck friend
Good luck hunter but i know leaving milan was better for you But i also want borriello to leave and plz bring robinho in :) :)
so sad..with Hunter to Schalke, Borrie to Juve we just have our old hero Pippo Inzaghi and youngster like Zigoni or Barreta on bench
sorry @riyan… zigoni is at genoa on co-ownership and berretta is too young to make a difference, especially in a tactical league like serie A. for me if ibra gets hurt, then pato moves into the stricker role and robinho moves onto the wing
When i hope one of them will stay, now the two will leave Milan. Yeah, whatever. Players come and go in football. So i say good luck with Borrie and Hunter. Forza Milan.
Don’t let the door hit you on the way out.
Borriello should stay though. We need a back up for ibra.
Hate to see the Hunter leave, glad to see Borriello go, hope robinho comes in, and why not VdV, we need an extra playmaker, next year Dzeko is the objective, well done Uncle Fester, well done !!
milan look like they are contenders. huntelaar and borriello have no space and well, its right that they go. we make money and use it to pay transfers… also, benitez has not played santon yet even though he is healthy and on the bench ready to come on. if berlu is in this good mood, lets take advantage and swoop for santon
I’m going to miss the Hunter, I had high hopes for him. Anyways Ibra is here and Robinho (hopefully comes tomorrow) will be a great addition. Ropaibro will be our secret to the champions. (Ronaldinho-PAto-Ibra-Robinho our new Fusions name)
Im sorry to hear he is leaving but he is right about leaving, he’s a young striker and he wants to play more minutes and with ibra on the way i think theres not a chance in hell he would play
good luck hunti and thanks
Yeah Ibra-Pato-ROnnie-Robinho all in attack? Anybody remember the supposedly legendary square attack in 2006 for Brazil? I see the exact same thing happening if we accommodate all four of them.
yea ronnie should play LW like he is Robinho RW then staggered strikers with ibra way up and pato back a bit and out wide closer to robinho
how sad. ibra’s arrival has become a disaster for some players. but i believe that everything’s gonna be okay
Do let the door hit you on the way out. Good riddance.
is very sad to . but despite their leave good luck
