DANIELE BONERA is soon ready for action and he can’t wait until being able to be again on the pitch.
The defender picked up an injury seven-month ago, since last May, after being diagnosed with acute osteitis pubis that sent him to go through a serious series of recovery process.
But all of these days are close to an end, as Bonera seems ready to be back very soon. It’s hard to find space for Bonera, however, who is very happy for his return, because of the arrival of Thiago Silva.

“I am really happy,” Bonera enthused in an interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport.
“It was hard to stay off the field for so long. I want to thank the Milan doctors and the physios for the way they took care of me and in particular Gasparin, who has in fact lived by my side for a few months.
“The signals I am receiving from my body are positive and I am only awaiting the day of my comeback.”

I never thought I would say this but I am looking forward to having Bonera available again. With barely no quality alternatives for Thiago and Nesta, Bonera’s return will provide some much-needed depth to the squad.
