ADRIANO GALLIANI has dramatically announced that Milan have withdrawn the Carlos Tevez track and Alexandre Pato will stay at Milan amid Paris Saint-Germain rumours on Thursday.
Nothing changed – but everything did. Alexandre Pato is still a Milan player and Manchester City still own Carlos Tevez, but this situation does not seem likely to change, no this month following Thursday’s drama.
Pato was set to move to France to join Ligue 1 side Paris Saint-Germain after an agreement had been reached between Milan and Carlo Ancelotti’s side. However, the Duck has decided to stay at Milan.

Milan set for more talks over Mesbah
“Milan is my home. I didn’t want to interrupt my Rossoneri career after winning my first two trophies with the club,” Pato said. “I want to contribute to writing the history of Milan and the future successes of this club. This joy gives me the will to face all future matches with added enthusiasm and a desire to score and win.
“Today is a special day for me. I want to thank president Berlusconi, the club and the fans who have always believed in me.” Silvio Berlusconi is reportedly the man who called-off the deal and thus rejected Tevez.
PSG were reportedly ready to offer Pato a three-year contract with €6-7 million yearly wages – which is much more than what’s currently getting at Milan, while il Diavolo would net €35 million (€28m + 7m bonus). “Pato has decided to stay at Milan,” dramatically stated Adriano Galliani. “Tevez will not join Milan.”
Galliani was in fact in a middle of negotiations with Manchester City over Tevez. Milan seemed to finally please City’s demands, but Pato’s decision interrupted the talks and the Argentine will therefore not come.
“I promised Cassano that we would wait for him and therefore we can’t have 5 world class strikers in the squad,” added the Milan Vice President. This is in fact a big shock as Galliani declared more than once that he will wait for Tevez until the last day of the market – but now it seems Milan have withdrawn the track.
Galliani is set to return to Milano from London just as he left – with nothing in hands.

Sandro would be a great buy for milan, either sando or lass could be bought with the money we save rom this deal. Tevez is pure class and that cant be denied but our attack is already are greatest strength. Lets use the money to buy a world class DCM or buy a very good DCM and either a ACM or LB.
I wonder people telling we don’t have money to sign someone. Ibrahimovic/Robinho were around 20-25 million in 2 years. El Shaarawy/Aquilani were around 10 million. Boateng was 14.
The fact that Galliani don’t use always all the gems we have doesn’t mean we can’t sign anybody. In 2 years, more than 20 players came to Milan. So what the hell are you talking about?
this move by milan is crazy! I would chose pato over tevez any time. we should try to get kolarov or criscito (sell taiwo), and in summer go for monty and astori. as for attack we are gr8, i belive in el shaarawy.
I was really sad/mad/dissapointed when i saw the news in the media… Now i’m cryin tears of joy! And what made me most happy is that Pato showed his loyalty and that he has a heart of Rossonero! We don’t need Tevez, it’s time for Il Faraoni to shine! And i believe Pato will start bangin in no time, he just needed a push. The thing that dissapointed me was our management as they wanted to give Pato away in order to sign uncomfortable Tevez…
And just to add, now that the managment have shown that Pato isnt really wanted am sure he’l be leaving in the summer even tho he remains with us at the moment.
Thank god.
Now use the money you were gonna use on Tevez and make a bid for Eriksen or Sandro, Pretty Please?
Wasn’t the money we were going to spend on Tevez suppose to come from a sale of Pato? I’m very thankful that didn’t happen, but I don’t think we will get anyone in the standards of Carlitos as a replacement. I hope so though. Mayby Montolivo.
Pato has always shown loyalty to AC Milan, he’s one of the few players we have that other teams would pay big money for and he’s always said his home is Milan. Something Tevez doesn’t know the meaning of.
Ibra Cas*sano Robinho Boateng all were the same dudes
now u all love ’em :/
well I love Cassano, the other 3 are great players but I’m indifferent to them as people
With this non-move its pretty clear that AC Milan as a club are broke or they simply don’t want to spend more then 4-5 Million (pretty lame) We should of went for Vargas, he’s better then Neymar and very cheap.
its only me that i’m dissapointed with this?
Yep
heads up.it brks my hrt but we ain’t signin any gud playa dis jan.so my fellow rossoneri take ur minds off milan signin any quality playa.shalom.
if pato can score 25 more goals , then wil i b happy for him to stay . I stil want him to leave .
i wish to hear from Tevez says “I’m gonna join milan and pato will leave!”
Pato please gives some solid performance and change my mind
pato’s and miss B.B relationship is very unprofessional, in a professionel bussines u can’t have a romance between a member of the board and daughter of the president and a worker.
the outcome we see today, and milan looks like a fool in the press
the whole thing is a flip…now m even more curious and confused to know
1. how much were we getting for pato…if G was settling fr anything less than 40 he was being stupid..
2.the whole tevez saga started way before ancelotti joined psg..n thats when the pato rumor started…so was they actually intertwined??..
3.DEF NO TORRES!!!…pato is def way better than torres
4.is pato gng to leave in july(most probably yes)
5.and if galliani masterminds this whole situation and gets us tevez(not that i want another striker) for anything less than 20 he becomes a god again!!
i love dis pato 4 life
Thank god for this!
Pato has the spirit of milan and I would definitely choose him over tevez. Anytime!
Remember when he shocked barca! :)
i think tevez will join us tomorrow…and pato stays in milan…and on sunday uncle fester will present us carlito in halftime
This is all part of Gallianis plan. He wants man city to think Milan has lost all interest in Tevez so then we can get him in the cheap in the end.
Pato sucks he barely score sell him and buy Tevez,Oh my God i am very disappointed the Berlusconi return has done us no good
where is gian?,tink uncle g has a plan.
stop disturbing urselfs.am 1000percent sure tevez will come to milan.u guys watch and see
i call my broken room heater tevez, it dosent want to warm up.
Nice one bro :D
Cassano resumed training so I don’t see why Tevez would come. I’m really bummed about this. Tevez is better than both Cassano and Pato.
Pato will prove the doubters wrong on Sunday. You all will see how good he can be, especially in matches like this, just like in the previous derby(3-0)
he wont because Allegri will probably drop him for Ambrosini or Bonera or something!
Its finally bak up . Tank God . Mr meytar u owe us 3 updates . Please ?
thanksssssssss PATO !!!!!
Pato has shown us that how much loyal he is to MILAN. Any player in his position would have joined Carlo and that much increased pay, you just wish you have. And you can’t compare Pato with Tevez. I would say that Tevez is great great player putting all his energy behind, but he has max of 5 years whereas Pato is still young and contribute a lot to the club, while you hope he come out from his injury jinx. You can easily see the difference RVP(Arsenal) is making when he has came out of his particular injury jinx.… Read more »
One more day to go, hope we can rip Inter apart.
Milan not need Tevez….Pato is the best… Tevez… no.. he is brutally player and not discipline
…
Pato have nothing to prove,he play as if he is older than Inzaghi, very inconsistent.lazy and keeps running into defenders. He is only in the club because he is servicing a certain lady in the bird ruum
You got it wrong! Pato’s Inconsistency is due to his injury problems. Nothing to prove? Sure! He has a lot to prove, his Career.
Mind you, few months ago, Barbara said no Milan player is ‘Untouchable’. Do you know what that means?
PATO PATO PATO PATO. LEGEND, ROSSONERO 4 LIFE.
@Idowu,who needs an injury prone player….In 2 years time he will worth around 5 million euros,Ancelloti was just doing us a favor….In what Enterprise does a boss sleeps with his or her workers? except in our club

The player’s agents, Omar Peirone and Gonzalo Rebasa will fly to Italy for negotiations with both clubs over a move worth in the region of €3 million.
Another piece of goal.com news: Anzhi Makhachkala want to sign Seedorf.
Honestly milan should have sold pato and bring in tevez. For real, pato’s injury has slowd him down and we don’t have to be sentimental about this at all. This is milan!we need players who can deliver and who are consistent. What a great miss!
I will happy if Tevez joins Inter, atleast to prove himself
Pato doesn’t want to leave not because he love milan but because of babera. How can we interfere someone’s love with the progress of this team. Am angry at bellisconi.
breaking news: milan offer new offer for tevez.already sent to city
