BASTIAN SCHWEINSTEIGER says the press should ask Milan if he is the promised Mister X.
Milan look for a midfielder; one of the names that have come up is the one of Bastian Schweinsteiger, Bayern Munich’s vice-captain, who played against Milan yesterday and scored the winning penalty.
Rossoneri coach Massimiliano Allegri admitted that “Schweinsteiger made the difference” in the Audi Cup game, and the player was asked about a possible move to the Rossoneri, and didn’t rule it out entirely.

Bayern Munich announced yesterday that the 26-year-old is not for sale.

Schweinsteiger would be an excellent addition, however it seems unreal – remember other clubs wanting to buy Ribery, Robben…? Bayern is not Udinese, they are more like Napoli – they won’t give away their players, especially the important ones.

He definitely holds a great respect for us. In a phone call conversation with Van Bommel, he told that he wants to leave Bayern and a move to Milan.

Get Hernanes he is cheaper younger and better! Everybody is talking about big names but to be honest with 2 of Hernanes, Monty, Asamoah we could achieve more that with Schweinsteiger nad it is about the same price.
We would have to overpay for Hernanes at this point. Lazio beat us to him last year (which is when we actually should have signed him). There’s no point lining their pockets to get him when we can just look elsewhere.
Schweinstiger admitted many times before this season that he likes to play for Milan…but he also said he doesnt want to leave Germany…

I was so angry after the match specially seeing Bonera and Gattusu ( should gracefully leave) … but today feeling better Schweinstiger to MILAN… that is the best possible answer .. with Montilivo coming hopefully … we can take on everyone … Defense should be ok in an month .. Midfield would be superb! .. strikers … Ibra and pATO will take care of it… Finally after 4 seasons .. something to look forward …
