Rade Krunić is strongly wanted by Fenerbahçe, but there are gaps in the valuations between the clubs.

With the sale of Sandro Tonali and the injury of Ismaël Bennacer, Krunić has become one of the most important players in the midfield of Stefano Pioli, and he seems to be the Coach’s #1 choice for the defensive midfielder role.

The Bosnian has attracted interest from Turkish side Fenerbahçe who are keen to sign the player this summer.

As reported by Matteo Moretto of Relevo, Rade in fact already has an agreement in place with Fenerbahçe and is willing to sign a 4-year deal with the club that finished 2nd in the Süper Lig last season. Yağız Sabuncuoğlu of Sports Digitale even claims that Krunić has informed the club of his decision to leave and join Fenerbahçe, and play alongside former Inter man Edin Džeko.

Fanatik reports this morning that Fenerbahçe have now intensified the negotiations to bring the player. There is still no agreement with Milan, who would like to collect above €10m (presumably €12-15m) for the player, while the latest offer of Fener, as reported by Sabuncuoğlu, is €7 million.

It remains to be seen how things would turn out, as both Pioli and the Fenerbahçe coach İsmail Kartal would like to see Krunić playing for them next season. Serie A starts next Monday for Milan.

Sell him pls. We won’t get anything for him if it goes past this season. Pioli is happy to let good players go and keep playing this deadwood player like Krunic
