Ante Rebić has officially signed for Beşiktaş and will try to get his career back on track in Turkey.

Ante had been out of the technical project of coach Stefano Pioli since the end of the 2022/23 season, and the Rossoneri decided to sell him in this summer.

Milan and Beşiktaş reached an agreement for the player over the weekend, and today the official announcement arrived.

“Milan can announce that Ante Rebić has joined Beşiktaş JK on a permanent deal. The Club would like to thank Ante and wishes him all the best in his personal life and professional career,” a statement on the website of the Diavolo reads.

The Rossoneri can receive a total of €2m from the transfer, with €0.5m believed to be the fixed price and €1.5m bonuses. There have been other reports indicating it’s a free transfer with €2m all in bonuses. Ante signed a two-year contract with the Turkish side worth €2.5m per season.

Rebić joined Milan in 2019 from Eintracht Frankfurt in an exchange for André Silva. The 29-year-old Croatian attacker played a total of 123 games, scoring 29 goals.
