Christian Pulisic is expected to start against Juventus as a right winger, with Mike Maignan in goal.

After losing 3-2 to Real Madrid, Milan are getting ready for the second pre-season friendly of the Soccer Champions Tour 2023 in which they face Juventus during the European night between Thursday and Friday (04:30 CEST kickoff, 19:30 local).

As reported by Milannews.it, Stefano Pioli is intent on using the strongest possible formation he can during the match. This means Mike Maignan in goal, with a defense of Davide Calabria, Malick Thiaw, Fikayo Tomori and Theo Hernández.

In midfield, there should be room for two new signings, with Rade Krunić flanked by Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Tijjani Reijnders. Christian Pulisic, after making an assist against Real Madrid, should find himself in the role of the right-winger, with Olivier Giroud and Rafael Leão completing the team.

This XI will obviously not play the entire match, but it will be a good first run for many of the new players. After Juve, the Diavolo also have a game against Barcelona in the USA.

Probable XI vs Juventus (4-3-3) – Stefano Pioli
Mike Maignan; Davide Calabria, Malick Thiaw, Fikayo Tomori, Theo Hernández; Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Rade Krunić, Tijjani Reijnders; Christian Pulisic, Olivier Giroud, Rafael Leão.
