This team needs quality reinforcement and good coaching. The team needs to learn how to move off the ball. The entire midfield is so static.
So far they are not playing badly. They are recuperating the quickly. Everyone is doing what the are supposed to. Roma is defending with 11 players and doing a decent job on that. If we keep this up we will eventually score, since its very hard for a team to defend for 90 mins. However, it’s crucial we don’t allow them to score.

One day, just one day, y’all will realize how bad of a tactics Pioli employs and how bad a coach he is! Our build up play is too damn slow and horrible. Mourinho came into this game with a perfect tactics to counter our long balls and side to side play. They played most of this game with a midfielder as a CB and yet we couldn’t break them. We wait till we go down to start putting balls in the middle and players in the middle too.
Roma is not a small team and off course mourinho is a great coach out build up was slow but we played them very well let’s give it to them good a thing we didn’t lose to our rivals for Cl spot remaining 6games let’s be positive mate
It was terrible from Pioli. He kept doing the same thing all game long even when it was obvious that Mourinjo as you said set up a perfect tactic to counter him. We couldn’t beat Roma who missed their best player and had a make shift defence made with midfielders. Just terrible. At least we got lucky in the end and didn’t lose. That could have meant no CL next season.

Spot on bro. I wasn’t happy with Pioli but was far more annoyed with Mourinho’s style even tho he’s only a opposition playing the game his ideal way. No serious football fan should be ok with those tactics. It’s bad for the beautiful sport in general. Imagine 70% of coaches in the world sees Mourinho’s style as an effective way of playing football and then implement the same tactics. Football would be ruined!. That was just too ugly and coward from Mourinho as always !
With inter winning we are down to the wire on 5th….with lazio and juv to come we are threading on a thin line……this is the only draw back I am seeing in pioli that we flatter against lowblock teams….we lost points against them….
