Fikayo Tomori was very happy after his goal against Juventus at San Siro.

After losing 3-0 in London against Chelsea on Wednesday, Milan bounced back today in the best way possible, beating Juventus at Stadio San Siro 2-0.

Fikayo Tomori (45+1′) and Brahim Díaz (54′) scored the goals, as Milan got a huge win and recorded a clean sheet for only the third time this season.

This is Tomori’s second goal against Juventus in his career, and this time it came after Olivier Giroud’s effort off a corner somehow found Fik and the Englishman beat Wojciech Szczęsny for the 1-0.

“Oh yes, Giroud and I worked on that in training [laughs]! No obviously I was a little fortunate, but I am happy with the goal, the clean sheet and the victory,” Tomori, who was heavily criticized by fans and media for his performance on Wednesday against Chelsea, told DAZN.

On scoring both his Serie A goals against Juventus: “It’s not on purpose! Every game against Juve is important, I am happy to score, but the most important thing is getting the three points.”

On the reaction after Chelsea: “Obviously, we have another game against Chelsea coming up and we want to do more on the pitch, not just in terms of performance, but also aggression. We had a bit more determination today and will try to win on Tuesday.”

On Kalulu’s block on Moise Kean in the 84’ minute: “Pierre had a great game, he saved a goal at the end, so I was very happy.”
