Aster Vranckx will strengthen the midfield of Milan as an agreement has been struck earlier today.

It has been known for as few days now that Vranckx is the primary target of Milan for the midfield, and today a deal was found between the parties.

As reported by Milannews.it and Sky Italia among others, the 19-year-old Belgian will arrive on a paid loan (€2 million) with an option to buy for €12 million.

The player will sign a five-year contract with the club, worth €1.5m. Vranckx will soon arrive in Milano and tomorrow morning (the final day of the summer transfer market), he will have his medical check-ups and the usual visit at Mondo Milan Museum, before putting pen to paper.

Vranckx is a midfielder of quality and physicality and he will give Pioli more options in addition to Sandro Tonali, Ismaël Bennacer, Tommaso Pobega, Rade Krunić and maybe Tiémoué Bakayoko.

Good and smart signing.
He will be great.
The attacking threats still need some work.
RW! and LW as well for that matter. Maybe not this window, but next summer should see them addressed.

Milan should look for way to offload Messiah and get a proper right winger !! This is becoming embarrassing…
