Daniel Maldini is destined to leave Milan soon and Hellas Verona is the most likely destination.

With Milan working to strengthen the trequartisti area, space is going to be even tougher to find for 20-year-old Maldini.

Therefore, a move out of the club seems to be the most logical move for Daniel in this transfer window.

A few clubs have shown interest in the player, but as reported by Gianluca Di Marzio, Hellas Verona are close to finding an agreement with Milan for the player. The formula the sides are discussing is a loan with option to buy, and the Rossoneri retaining a buy-back clause; like the Lollo Colombo deal.

Next week will be decisive for the future of Maldini, the son of Technical Director Paolo, who will have his first experience in professional football outside of Milano.

Colombo is already strating his adventure on a high note. Maldini, Brescianini, Gabbia and Lazetic should all go to Serie A clubs. End Bakayoko’s loan. Finally, sell Caldara to Spezia already, Castillejo somewhere in Spain, Ballo-Toure. This would really clear up the squad.
