Ismaël Bennacer may be forced to miss tomorrow’s game because of an injury, while Brahim Díaz and Ante Rebić will play from the first minute.
After drawing Lille in the Europa League on Thursday, Milan return to San Siro on Sunday as they took on Fiorentina at 15:00 CET (Italian time).
The Rossoneri are still without coach Stefano Pioli and are being led by Daniele Bonera, who will make some changes in the line-up compared to the one that started in France.
As reported by Sky Italia, Ismaël Bennacer did not take part in training today due to a muscle problem in the adductor. In his place, Sandro Tonali will most likely play alongside Franck Kessié. For Sandro it would be the second consecutive start after playing a full match on Thursday.
There shouldn’t be any surprises in defense, while up front, Alexis Saelemaekers returns from injury and will start alongside Hakan Çalhanoğlu and Brahim Díaz behind Ante Rebić. Samu Castillejo, Sky suggests, has some discomfort in his knee but should get called-up, while, Brahim is preferred for the left-flank over Jens Petter Hauge who failed to impress against Lille.
Zlatan Ibrahimović and Rafael Leão are still unavailable with an injury and Bonera can’t rely on them.
