Brahim Díaz spoke to Sportmediaset ahead of the season opener, saying ‘I want to help the team with my plays’.

Milan begin their Serie A campaign tomorrow at Stadio San Siro when they take on Bologna (20:45 CEST). The goal of the Diavolo is finishing in the Top 4 and return to the Champions League.

In order to make their chances of qualifying better, Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara have (so far) made three signings: the first of those was Brahim Díaz who arrived from Real Madrid on a one-season loan deal.

The 21-year-old, who can play as a trequartista or on the wings, spoke to Sportmediaset (as reported by Milannews.it):

Does being at Milan put pressure on you?
“Yes, of course, I like the pressure… Milan is a great club, there is this pressure: you have to win, you have to win titles. The truth is that I want to show everything here and be decisive and help the team with my plays.”

The jersey number…
“The number doesn’t play, I always say that, but to be honest I really like the number 10. I had it as a kid, but I also like 21 a lot. I had it at Real Madrid and this year I wanted to carry it on my shoulders also here with a lot of work and a lot of sacrifice in this club that is Milan.”

Ibrahimović…
“He is an incredible player and I can say the same thing of him as a person.”

The objectives…
“We’ll see game by game and we try to conquer everything together to win what we can win. With this mixture of experienced and young players we can do great things.”

Milan decided to let Pobega go on loan. Krunic has attracted new interest. We need a back up for Kessie

If pobega goes on loan to get some more experience , and Krunic leaving… then it means someone else ( e.g Baka ,…) is very close .

I hope pobega comes next year much more stronger and Milan don’t make same mistakes like locatelli .

Also I hope we get milenkovic for CB

K Ager seems expensive for 20 mil and no Serie a experience could be another Duarte .

Hopefully milan let go both Duarte and gabbia permanently or on loan

Milenkovic / ager kjaer Roma and hopefully a fit musachio should be good enough for CB
