Brahim Díaz is a player Milan have set their sights on and talks are ongoing with Real Madrid.
Milan are actively looking for reinforcements in all departments for the 2020-21 season, as they aim once again to return to the Champions League.
It’s clear, also in light of the exit of Giacomo Bonaventura, that Milan need more quality and quantity up front, and a player that Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara have deemed suitable is 21-year-old Brahim Díaz of Real Madrid.
Talks between Los Blancos and the Rossoneri have been made public over the last week and it seems that there is good progress in the deal. As reported by Milannews.it, the player is close to joining the Diavolo, although Pietro Balzano Prota notes the deal is not yet complete.
AS journalist Sergio Santos spoke to Milannews.it today about Brahim, saying that “Milan managed to convince the player, who looks favorably on the move to the Rossoneri. However, Milan want to insert a buy-out option while Madrid prefer a loan with no options.” Therefore, it remains to be seen whether the deal for the ex-Manchester City player would be a dry loan or not.
Santos discussed what kind of player Díaz is: “He is a very good and highly technical attacking midfielder. He can play in both flanks or as a second striker. He knows how to use both feet equally. But he needs playing time, he has the Olympics and the U21 EURO at the end of the next season and so he wants to play.” Should he arrive, Brahim would likely take the place of Jack in the squad.
In addition to Díaz, there have also been reports in Italy and Spain that link Milan with a move for another Real player: Óscar Rodríguez. After Theo Hernandez, Milan look for more treasures in Madrid.
Another suso
Faster than Suso and much more impredictible. He can play both wingers and AM role !
And Real certainly isn`t the worst place to look for treasure.
I’m not sure about this signing. I mean he couldn’t even break into Madrid starting 11. Why not Rodrigo de Paul? Not impressed at all by this one. Maybe Brahim will prove me wrong. Not feeling this signing.
u know who else couldnt even break into madrid, spanish champions, starting 11? THEO HERNANDEZ
God thanks u r not Maldini or masara hey de Paul for free i don’t want him to join milan players like ibrahimovic depay de Paul don’t press don’t work hard they just wait for their team mates to do for their jobs so we already have ibrahimovic we can’t afford 2 man down
I asked my friend who’s a die hard Madridsta and he assured me this guy was the real deal. He said he had speed like asencio but is quicker with Isco type of dribbling. He’s supported Madrid since before I knew him so I’ll take his word on this. He also said the same for Theo when we first got him and he was right. Let’s hope this guy is a beast as well
He’s good. Smart with loan.
Very good player, electric and speedy, at Milan he will explode
