Milan are running out of patience waiting for Zlatan Ibrahimović and there will soon be a meeting with Mino Raiola.
It is a known fact that Milan want Ibra in January but the Big Swede is still taking his time and he has not yet decided whether to accept the offer of the Diavolo.
The 38-year-old is a free agent after his contract with LA Galaxy ended and he is free to choose his next destination.
As reported by Manuele Baiocchini of Sky Sport 24 and by others, these are the last days that Milan will wait for Ibrahimović before changing objectives. Unless an answer arrives from Zlatan in the coming days, the Rossoneri will withdraw their offer and pursue a different player.
There will be a meeting before Christmas with his agent, Mino Raiola, to take stock of the situation. These are very important days to understand if Ibra will be back in Red and Black or not.

i read that he’s made up his mind: retirement or milan, hence he already rejected ance’s offer to join him at everton. some sources claim that the reason why it takes so long for ibra to answer is because now he feels that his body cant cope with intensity of pro football in top european league anymore, that he feels pain in his leg. if thats true then i can accept his refusal because saying no to milan because he feels he’d fail their expectations is actually admirable move. that means he knows his limits and he doesnt want to… Read more »
I would not be surprised if he retires and that might just be the best option for both Ibra and Milan. Ibra is 38yrs old with a bum knee. I don’t even get why Milan management believe that he will make a difference in Serie A and at Milan at his age. First Milan talk about a youth project and now we are pursuing a 38yr old striker with knee problems. It would make more sense to go for Erling Haaland or Luka Jovic. Milan is the only club I know that plays 433 with 1 striker. So how will… Read more »
actually, ibra‘s or any other experienced st’s arrival would make perfect sense. milan is having goal drought, and they lack leadership on the field who can marshall the squad through the battles for european qf. im not saying milan shouldnt go for young st for long term but what if jovic (if he even comes) turns out to be rebic 2.0 or piatek 2.0 due to inexperience and lack of assists from teammates? with ibra at least milan would have complete st who can score and generate assists. even ajax, the mother of all youth project, felt the need to… Read more »
Milan need manzukic not ibrahimovic manzukic is a fighter and he will accept to play half time other half time is for piantek or leao + he is looking to revenge for freezing him juve
@Ashraf…I prefer Erling Haaland instead. I want Milan to stick with our youth project. We need an experience DM and CB. That’s where we need experience. People say that we need an experienced striker to solve our goal scoring issue BUT didn’t we have HIGUAIN last season and didn’t we have an issue with him scoring goals at Milan? Gentlemen, our problem is not because we don’t have an experience striker our problem is our formation and our front 3. Higuain could not score goals in this team because of the same two players around him, Calhanoglu and Suso. That’s… Read more »
Nick haaland is my favorite str but he already signed for man united +milan plans are not to buy new str we are looking 3 players defender defensive midfielder winger right or left
Yeah I agree
Mandzukic would be better than Ibra
And want to prove a point to juve …
Apparently we can’t afford his wages ,
Stop wasting big money on the wages of
Reina, biglia, etc and just get him cmon ,
We need to play 2 up front , berlosconi said it a couple yrs ago , what ever happened to
The good old 442
like i said, experienced st
@Milan10…Rivaldo, Kluivert and Figo or Stoichkov, Romario and Begiristain all contributed to scoring goals UNLIKE Suso and especially Çalhanoğlu. Calhanoglu and Suso are NOT suited for a 433 formation. That’s a coaching issue and it blows my mind to see us lineup that way with Rebić and Leao on the bench. Even Castilijo is a better option for Suso. I’m not picking on Cahanoglu as the main reason why we can’t score goals but he is definitely a big part of the problem along with Suso. They don’t attack the 18yrd box and they are always shooting from too far… Read more »
first of all, like i said, to play with 4-3-3 u need fullbacks and wingers who are fast and/or can dribble, playmaking cm and complete st. for so long 4-3-3 has been bad idea for milan because they never had any of those, but now, with theo/conti as fb, paqueta/bonad10nho/hakan/bennacer as cm and leao as finally can pull it off, at least on paper. personally, conti – duarte – romag – theo/paqueta – kessie as dm – bennacer/suso – leao – bona would be my obvious pick if i had to use 4-3-3. if u notice, milan played so much… Read more »
nick you are 1.000.000% right… i think ibra knew milan problem not striker but wingers… higuain, silva, kalinic have same problems… zlatan playing good in milan because we have good teamwork… robinho, pato, kaka, etc… now we only have some selfish players..
Exactly mate. Ibra will not have any support players around him like Cassano, Robinho and Boateng who were able to dribble pass defenders and open space. This is why Antonio Nocerino was able to score so many goals from midfield.
We need to start using Leao and Rebić more than Calhanoglu or even push Hernandez up as LW.
Stop buying this ” we cannot afford striker x, y or z” narrative. We can afford whoever the feck we want. The issue lies in actually convincing players to join. Because Champions League football, or lack thereof, is the key to attracting top players. Our problems this year could’ve been mitigated hugely by simply holding onto Patrick Cutrone. But anyway, it’s clear and obvious we’re lacking either a lethal striker, or even a winger à la Mané, who can be as just as selfish as Suso and Çalhanoğlu, except who also knows how to put the ball in the net.… Read more »
Just watch a highlight real from the MSL. He is stil very good.
Alot better then our front three that never score goals. Mybe Theo will get some competition for the top scorer in milan. Since Lord Suso and Chanaloglou is there only as decoration.
