Well, we really need another coach who at least can read games both beforehand and while it’s happening. Gatuso, although been a legend, he was never famous for reading games as a player. He had a strong passion for winning, but that isn’t enough for coaching. We need a more cerebral coach who knows how to settle the best possible team with the players at his disposal. It’s something beyond formations and it’s not easy at all.

U see Hakan, Suso, Paqueta do more work in defensive phase than in final third.
