More reports suggest Ivan Gazidis will be the new CEO, but he will only arrive at the end of the transfer market.

Marco Fassone and Massimiliano Mirabelli are out of the club, and Elliott is putting together a new management.

As reported by Sky Italia today (and by others before), Ivan Gazidis will be the new CEO of Milan, taking over from Fassone. The South African is currently the Executive Director at Arsenal, a role he’s had since January 2009.

Gazidis, however, would only join the club at the end of the current transfer market – on September 1st. Sky claims that Gazidis would be in charge of the financial side at Milan and would be Elliott’s trust man within the company. His arrival, however, does not include the one of Umberto Gandini.

According to Carlo Pellegatti of Sportmediaset, Gandini could arrive already on the 1st of August. There was a meeting yesterday between Gandini and Gordon Singer, the son of Elliott Founder, Paul Singer. The meeting was positive and Umberto looks set to return to Milan. His role would be to head the political relations of the club represent Milan at UEFA, Lega Calcio and the FIGC.

Gazidis and Gandini will take over the roles occupied by Fassone, while Leonardo and most likely another sporting director will replace Mirabelli. Elliott continues to work to build the new Milan.

finally the time has come. this man was in charge of the most financially secure club atm, aka Arsenal. Leonardo is pushing for some interesting deals. getting both Vidal and Higuain will take the club to another level. If Bonucci is necessary for better deals so be it and it will only be acceptable if we bring T. Silva back.
