Milan have released a short statement, stating the club absolutely intends to respect the FFP rules.

The Rossoneri learned today that their appeal in front of CAS has proven to be successful and they will be playing in the Europa League next season.

CAS has referred the case back to the Adjudicatory Chamber of the UEFA CFCB in order to issue a proportionate disciplinary measure, and now it remains to be seen what new punishment will be.

In any case, today’s news has been very positive for the Diavolo. Tomorrow another important day takes place as a shareholders meeting is scheduled for Saturday morning and there could be changes on the corporate level, in addition to the expected changes in the Board of Directors.

The club today released a statement, through the news agency ANSA, reacting to CAS’ decision:

“Milan looks ahead, with a new owner, Elliott Advisors, to return to full sporting and financial strength, and is committed to respecting the rules of the Financial Fair Play of UEFA.”

We need winger Depay first, not old strikers like higuian, benzema or falcao. Morata is not so good player that we need, maybe some else Young guy. I dream about Kane, Kante, Rabiot. And Max Mayer would Be good thing to Milan.
