Leonel Vangioni could be on the way out of the club after just one season, as River Plate and Getafe are interested.
Vangioni joined Milan as a free agent last summer and after months on the bench he found his place in the team, finishing the season with 15 Serie A appearances.
But with Ricardo Rodriguez and Luca Antonelli (in addition to Davide Calabria who can play both sides) ahead of him in the pecking order for the left back position, Leonel is likely to leave the club.
Vangioni was quoted as saying that he will ‘do anything’ to return to River Plate this summer and the President of the Argentine club made it clear that if it happens, it’d have to be for free, as they had just lost him for nothing 12 months ago.
In addition to River, Getafe are also interested in Vangioni, 30, and according to Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Italia, they have started talking with the player’s agent / father to see if a move is possible.

Send the douchebag back.
This is what happens when you buy shitty players. Thanks baldy for the pain. It will take some time to undo all the wrong that was done in the last years by b&g.

Hopefully milan can turn a cute little profit on him like it seems they will on Kuckas trabzomnspor transfer, and avoid this turning into another saga cause “the player only wants River plate – River wants him too, but not at a cost.” We have more men to offload, so let’s keep this pace up. Damn you Donna, i won’t be happy to keep you until you drop Raiola – what’s with all the… Read more »
