Juraj Kucka said ‘I do not feel like a leader’ and claimed ‘we understand each other on the pitch and we get along’ after the 4-0 win over Palermo.
Milan found life relatively easy against Palermo on Sunday afternoon as they scored four goals (Suso, Pasalic, Bacca and Deulofeu), and dominated throughout.
“It was a very precious win. It’s important, also for the way that we played. We are really happy, especially with the four goals,” said Kucka, who had a great game in midfield and came close to scoring a couple of times with long range efforts.
“My performance? I always play my game and always give my best on the pitch. I don’t feel like a leader… I try to help my teammates and if someone needs a hand, I’m here. We’re a great group, we understand each other on the pitch and we get along.
“The derby? Let’s enjoy this win. Now it’s time to relax, then we’ll start preparing for the match against Inter.” The derby is on Saturday at the very kickoff time of 12:30 CET, at Stadio San Siro.
