Official: Vergara leaves Milan and joins Arsenal Tula on a loan deal

Jherson Vergara will look to improve with the newly promoted Russian side.

The Colombian, who at the start of the summer signed a contract extension with Milan until 2019, is leaving the Rossoneri on this deadline day and joining Russian Premier League side FC Arsenal Tula.

“Arsenal loaned defender Jherson Vergara until the end of the current season,” a statement on Tula’s website reads on Wednesday. “The 22-year-old, whose rights belong to Milan, recently played for the Italian side Livorno. In the national team, he won the 2013 U-20 South American Championship with Colombia.”

Vergara played a few matches under coach Vincenzo Montella in pre-season and was far from impressive, to put it nicely. He’ll try to make a name for himself in Russia now and return to Milan.

Good luck mate and return stronger!

Good. Now please sell Diego Lopez and Honda. Even if you don’t bring anyone in, you would have reduce wages and made some money from their sale.

really liked when he joined milan but wonder what has happened 2 his talent

I hope he doesnt turn into another alexander merkel.
Cant baresi or anyone else give them CBs 2-3 weeks masterclass ritiro or something?

alexander merkel is still better than bonaventura

does it turn u on, metaphorically groping bonaventura with ur sharp words like that?

Would’ve wished he stayed in Serie A or B. Stays in/with his development
