It is reported that Milan tried to contact Stevan Jovetic over a move but Inter have made it clear that it won’t happen, while Chelsea have reportedly decided they won’t loan Cesc to the Rossoneri.
Adriano Galliani is calling clubs and agents in a last-moment attempt to improve the squad of Montella but the story of the summer doesn’t change as Milan can’t get their targets.
The Rossoneri contacted Chelsea in order to try and take Cesc Fabregas on loan and in addition to the player not showing enthusiasm to leave London, the club of Roman Abramovich, Sky reports, has decided against letting go of the Spaniard who will stay with the EPL side.
Heading into deadline day, a midfielder and a defender seemed to be priorities but SportItalia and Sky’s Gianluca Di Marzio, the Diavolo talked with the agents of Inter’s Stevan Jovetic. But the Nerazzurri seem to have put a stop to a possible loan operation.
Director of sport Piero Ausilio briefly stated that: “Jovetic was, is and will be our player.” Milannews.it notes that if Jovetic does end up joining on loan then Milan will have to pay his full salary.
Apparently Milan did not sign Jovetic
The rumors today are all pipe dreams and mostly bad ideas. Honestly we need to move forward with the players we have and prepare for a big winter transfer period.

Honestly we’ve done well to get rid of vergara and Lopez. But we’re still missing that class cm. I’m scared we’re going to end up with someone we don’t need or get nothing at all. When you look at the other serie a teams we compete with any the players they’ve signed in the last hours and last week, it just hurts so much more that we haven’t found anyone

Yes, however, despite his wages, I would feel much more secure with Lopez as a backup keeper than Gabriel… but it is a relief to see Verghara leave, even if its just a loan deal. Gutted that we got no one good and barely got rid of any players. If milan was going to try and mess around with the transfer market, then the least they could have done was trim the squad to the bones. LIterally get rid of any one we don’t need, loan any one with potential and keep some of the good ones to experiment with or in case of an injury to the main team.
So apparently galliani has said if all else fails sign mati Fernandez.. Telling him to wait before signing for cagliari.. Oh God just stay with what we have we don’t need that guy on our wages. It really looks like we’re not going to have a nice surprise

I’ll admit I don’t know much about Rigoni but I agree with you on waiting until the winter period. Sounds like the Rigoni thing would be a loan only so wouldn’t be the end of the world. The rumor that makes me most nervous is Ranocchia, I don’t understand why we would move for him. He is garbage.
Rigoni would be more like a bench player and nothing else, and i just can’t imagine him staying during the winter transfer if the new Milan hiearchy going to spend the rest of the rumoured 85m euro. So i would believe the starting midfield lineup would be Bonaventura-Montolivo-Kucka (4-3-3) untill then.
So i ask, was it really worth it leaving Mauri on loan and loan Luca Rugani? No
