Marko Pjaca’s agent has confirmed Milan are one of the teams to have shown interest in his client and Di Marzio claims it’s possible negotiations will start soon.
The transfer market of Milan seems to have finally started. Yesterday Gianluca Lapadula officially arrived and the Rossoneri have other targets lined-up already and one of them is apparently Croatia international Marko Pjaca.
“I can confirm that Milan like the player, and so do many top European clubs. From England to Germany and Italy, he has many admirers,” agent Marko Naletilić told Milannews.it.
“Galliani already knew about him from two years ago, when we discussed the player seriously. Even so, right now there are no open negotiations although Milan know the player very well. It all depends on the budget of Berlusconi’s club. I don’t know the price of the player, and it’s hard to evaluate it during the Euros. I have a great friendship with the Rossoneri and their directors.
“Even today, with all of the trouble they’re going through, it would be an honour for Pjaca to wear Milan’s colours. There is a crisis, true, but their history and tradition can’t vanish in three-four years. Here there’s history and prestige and Pjaca would be honoured to be part of that.”
According to Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport Italia, Milan are in contact with the entourage of the 21-year-old winger but talks with Dinamo Zagreb are not in place but could be initiated soon.
