Sinisa Mihajlovic has received some more good news today as the striker & center back have returned to training.
Milan reached the Coppa Italia final last night, beating Alessandria 6-0 in aggregate and on Wednesday coach Sinisa Mihajlovic found more reasons to smile.
As reported on acmilan.com, Luiz Adriano and Philippe Mexes worked with the group for the entire session today and therefore could be in the squad to face Sassuolo on Sunday afternoon.
Diego Lopez, on the other end, worked aside on the central pitch today and in any case there aren’t any plans to bench Gianluigi Donnarumma in the near (or distant) future. Riccardo Montolivo, who wasn’t in the squad for the Alessandria match, also continued with his personalised schedule.
If Montolivo, who was left out of the squad as a precaution due to slight discomfort in the Achilles tendon, can’t make it to Sunday then Andrea Bertolacci will play with Juraj Kucka, Keisuke Honda and Giacomo Bonaventura in midfield. Mattia De Sciglio will also play in the spot of the suspended Ignazio Abate. One of Balotelli and Menez (probably the Frenchman) will start alongside Bacca.
Many things of course can change until Sunday but of course the return of Luiz Adriano could be vital now with M’Baye Niang’s season possibly over due to the car accident he was involved in.
Menez should start beside Bacca and Luiz Adriano should come as a substitute. If Menez can regain his form, he and Bacca would be dangerous against any defense. And I honestly believe we didn’t give as much playing time to Luiz Adriano as we did to other strikers.
Juve just won on penalties lolz inter must be gutted. Oh well better for us now. Juve wins the league doesn’t matter what happens to is in the coppa hopefully a win. All is good we r in Europe. Finally we r back. FORZA MILAN woooooooooo

So if juve win copa and serie a then european league ticket will not be given to copa runner up but to 6th positioned team in serie a? What difference does that make given milan is almost certain going to finish among top 6 in serie a?

Mexes has been passionate player and a true rossonero but i think his time at milan is up.
L adriano has good finishing and from what i saw from his milan matches, he plays with heart and drive so i think there is no need tp sell him unless ridiculous offer arrives as he could be milan’s super sub a al solskjaer.

Yes but if we lose and come in the top 6 we’ll go to qualifiers. And berto was a top performer in serie a last season and was worth the money. His injury set him back do if he starts to shine next season remember u said he’s not good
