I’m not sure how I feel about this line up…
It would literally come down to the following 3 players’ performance:
Alex da Costa (hopefully he won’t need to be subbed out at half time -_- )
Bertolacci (maybe he’ll finally remember how to play football)
Cerci (I don’t even know what to say about Cerci, I literally have no faith in him)

The rest of the players are fine.

Anyways, I hope we get 3 points. It would be great confidence boost for everyone after the break.

Forza Milan!!!

I’m tired and don’t have any expectations for Milan anymore.
– I want a coach that has won trophies before coaching Milan.
– I want a management that can scout great players for their right values.
– I want better quality players. Or players that we could be proud of by saying: “he’s definitely in the top 10 best players in the world.”

Milan is not the same anymore. I’m still cheering but I can’t do much about our situation.

Let’s hope for a win..

I dont want to bring this topic, but question pops in my head, if eventually we will do 4-3-3. Why we release el shaarawy though.
But truth to be told, el shaa is not improving much at monaco, so…

why the hell would you start Alex he is a total waste if you gave him wheels and a motor maybe he would be better, second i dont like the 433 hasnt anyone learned that playing that formation at ac milan is just an invitation for a loss?? look if you dont want to play the 4312 then play seedorf’s 4231 here are is my line up 4-2-3-1 lopez, calabria, zapata/ely, roma, antonelli/sciglio, monto, dejong, suso/cerci, bonaventura, kucka/mauri, andriano why doesnt someone let suso and mauri play, is miha going to let them rot on the bench so that retard… Read more »

Adriano in,Bacca out cold. I dont really understand that. Adriano did nothing but missed chances in last few games. And whats with Suso, always warming bench. He could have put Suso on Bonaventuras position,Bonaventura on Bertolaccis. But I think Cerci should have his chance,so thats not so bad move.

Bacca got back late from international duty there wer news saying that he wouldn’t be starting due to fatigue it is not a tactical decision to drop bacca but more of a forced change

Its not just this game,Mihajlovic trusts Adriano more than Carlos

that is a s**t line up first we all know the losses that comes with the 433 formation plus you have alex starting if you dont want to play 4312 then play 4231 seedorf’s formation that actually won more games than it lost.
4-2-3-1
lopez, antonelli/sciglio, ely/zapata, romag, calabria, monto, de jong, kucka/suso, bonaventura, cerci/mauri, adriano

i dont know why miha wont play suso and mauri more if he doesnt then i fear that retard galliani will let them go in january

Almost every time Alex starts a game, he doesn’t make it through all the 90 minutes. He leaves the pitch, gets substituted with another defender, and messes up our tactical substitutions.

I hope he can play throughout all the game without tiring out and getting injured.

Same system as Barca, yet the execution looks slightly different…..

Miha should go back to the previous formation and sub Bacca for Cerci for the second half. He can try 4-3-3 once Niang and Menez are back, not now.

Overall a tightly fought game. Bonaventura/Montolivo top for Milan – with a brilliant cameo by Bacca. Baselli for Toro. How about in hindsight we had gotten Baselli instead of the cr*ppy Bertolacci. Midfield looked calm and composed – unfortunalely not fluid enough. Montolivo looked very good except for a couple of missteps. Kucka – looks set for a starting role – calm/dependable sprayer of the ball – nothing flashy, but you can trust giving him the ball with confidence without worrying about him fuc*ing it up like the flat-footed bumbler De Jong. Bertolacci – absolute cr*p. Sure he provided the… Read more »

I agree with you, just have to state a fact: A lot of people keep saying that we should’ve gotten Baselli instead of Bertolacci, the thing is though, Bertolacci had nothing to do with him coming or not. It was between Mauri and Baselli not between Baselli and Bertolacci. I for one am glad for Bertolacci’s assist even if he wasnt all that great otherwise… For me the top performers tonight were Monto and Romagnoli. The rest did okay until we scored and somewhat lost confidence instead of gain confidence as Toro completely took over for some mysterious reason.

Pathetic mentality in this team. We owned Torino up until our goal, they didnt do anything, Lopez didnt have to make one single save, we scored, we looked hungry for more, then all of a sudden Torino applies a little pressure and boom, they score… winning mentality in this team = 0. This would never happen if we had Ibra in this team, one of many reasons i wanted him to join us so bad. I like Miha and maybe he will develop in to a class coach, but we really need Ancelotti back who can instill the winning mentality.

Comment:I’ve lost confidence in Mihajlovic, why must he use cerci, he’s total waste, why not Suso. And when you need goal Poli comes in, what a joke. Montolivo was damn tired, it’s obvious that the goal was coming… He should ‘ve strengthen the midfield with fresh legs.

Anyone think Lopez should have done better for the goal? Beaten at his near post and Baselli didn’t exactly smash it in. Maybe he took it early and that’s why Lopez wasn’t expecting it. Difficult to watch Baselli tonight, why we decided not to close the deal when we were in pole position I don’t know.

If I’m asked to analyze this match, the following would be my comment: Most Milan Players were average and some well below average. The whole team is still in problem as we cannot create any attack. The team was poor generally although there were some players who were a bit better than the rest. POSITIVES 1. Montolivo: I think he’s regained his confidence and look comfortable on the ball, distributed the ball calmly and controlled the midfield although some mistakes were made by him. Bacca: He didn’t do much when he came in but his goal showed composure. He was… Read more »

lopez has been under performing for some time now. Baselli shouldn’t have beaten him with that weak shot at the near post. Am very disappointed at lopez. mihajlovic should have brought in fresh legs in midfield. clearly monty bertolacci n kucka wer all tired. suso should have replaced cerci in the 60mins because he offered nothing going forward. mihajlovic has the right attitude and discipline but am afraid some of our players lack that and after they equalise we were scared of losing the match. Bona and romagnoli for now are the only ones playing with heart. we should never… Read more »
