Keisuke Honda is not expected to leave this summer despite the rumours but at least four men will say goodbye, according to the Milan Channel.
In the last days there have been rumours about Tottenham and Everton interested in signing the Japanese Honda and it was even stated that Spurs are ready to launch an offer for the 29-year-old.
According to the Milan Channel however, no offer has been received for Honda and in any case the player is not on the market and will not leave the Diavolo.
The MC suggests that while Honda will stay, the trio Michael Agazzi, Cristian Zaccardo and Simone Verdi are on the way out as well as a defender (probably Gabriel Paletta or Alex da Costa).

“If alex leaves …One e-u spot gets free”. That is NOT TRUE. You can’t free up slots (regardless of what wikipedia says or whatever). Gandini (verified account) confirmed on Twitter that this is NOT how it works and Milan cannot buy any more non-EU players.
There are no restrictions signing non EU players from within Serie A, so Milan can still sign non EU players from a Serie A club

Well, the mercato was well until now. I think with a good system we would be able to competete in Serie A and Copa. But on the other hand we cannot forget, that a squad needs time to finds it self and knows about the running-ways. I dont expect the best football, and i dont expect, that we can use all the best of the players we have. But i expect that it will get better while the season is running. Getting rid of Honda will be a very poor decision imo as first and foremost he is one of the better players we have. The second reason being he brings great attraction from Asia thus bringing in great income for the club.
those second reason was why Honda wanted to leave. he want to be important and not used as a team mascot for Asian branding.
