Milan – San Lorenzo Review ||Thank You Inzaghi for giving the 4-2-3-1 another try on the second half, most of us would agree that thats our best formation to use with the player available, This will also suit perfect for the following players LW – El92 RW – Menez / Niang CAM – HONDAAAA , Menez if needed or even Bonaventura or Saponara, who is getting better by the day i believe And most important our CDM – De Jong, Poli, Van Ginkel who shined with this formation on the second half and our Captain Montolivo when he returns Please… Read more »
Good to see niang back on the field. So much potetial in him. And brings a much needed explosiveness and strenght.
Sad seeing Torres miss that chance alone with the keeper.
van ginkel!!!..good on possesion
Good game.. Fast paced, free flow, one touch football. No unnecessary dribbles, aimless long and back passes. In the end, it was San Lorenzo, but there was some positive to take from this game. Very good to see the hunger of the youngsters out there on the field. Niang has improved and can do even better. It was good to see Mastour, that boy already looks and acts like a star… (Niang, El Sharawwy, Mastour, De Sciglio) —> The Future.
Nice game, although many missed chances, they should work better on their finishing cuz that’s wat counts in the bigger games. I really wish Kaka was in this better milan squad though, Kaka shouldn’t be blamed for last season cuz the whole milan team was awful. Just imagine the combination of De jong, montolivo and Kaka in the midfield. There’ll will be more creativity in the team. Bonaventura has been great so far, and I hope he becomes a regular starter. Can’t wait for Monto to be back. And did any1 notice improvements in Niang? I think he has improved,… Read more »
Inzaghi just like allegri would never use kaka in midfield. They would either use kaka as rightback or striker. A creative player in midfield? no waaaay
Great and fantastic match….
Niang:deserves 2 b giving some time 2 play in seria A
Saponara:he run well and pass good ball(provide good assist 2 pazzini)
El shaarawy:beast and better than all of our attack
Essien:trying nd improving game by game
Van ginkel:should b sent back 2 chelsea bcuz monty iz back
Bonera:should retire nd leave the captain armband
Mexes:really good nd better than slowly zapata
Rami:good work but keep working
Armero:deserves 2 bench de sciglio 4 atleast 2 matches
Poli..hard work
Bonaventura:luck man
Torres:great match nd works hard
Mastour:deserves playing time.
Bonaventura is class. Hopefully he will improve even further!! Torres need to put those changed away for his confidence! He makes it too difficult for himself with that type of finishens… Anyways nice to see some postive displays, such as Niang, Van ginkel and Pazzo…mexes should be given more chances now with Zapata being so prime to errors…
So nice to see De Sci with the captains armband!!
bonaventure is class? He scored a lucky goal before and now he scored an open goal. I think hes able to win golden ball
That comment is so stupid (as usual from your side) that I’m not even going to argue with you.
It was only San Lorenzo guys…
And their defender is Yepes….
We shouldve won at least 4-0
I cant be satisfied with the performance
San Lorenzo won Copa Libertadores this year, so “only” San Lorenzo is like saying “only” Real Madrid or “only” Bayern (not to say they are on the same level, but still it is not like they are some Ligue 2 team struggling in relegation battle). Considering we started only 2 first XI players (SES and Rami) 2-0 is a nice result.
What is the scores(and the scorers) please
Easy work made of San Lorenzo. Now for the league!! It’s time for ‘Christmas Tree’ formation. The supporting attackers have to be near each other and to the forward , support each other and also link up more easily. With the poor passing we’ve seen from Menez, he has to be limited to short a passing game. Honda in the meantime will be more useful with his good shooting at goal, as he will be within nearer at goal and does not have to work his way to shooting distance as it is in the 4-3-3. El Sharaawy can easily… Read more »
LMAOL wow so u guys won a trophy?.. gosh dis ppl be disgraceful. Inzhagi u better sit ur ass out cuz u stink. ball control bad, possession worst, final balls too bad, formation not certain, team philosophy can’t tell, so wht at all is Milan up to or we ar just playing cuz we ar in de league..
pls Inzhagi let ur intentions be known on de field thru de players. God save Milan
id take you seriously if you could at least spell correctly.
didnt watch the game but i heard galliani praising van ginkel alot & said some good things about niang too. players who bearly got a chance despite the midfield sucking and niang having had a great pre season. especially vanginkel, one could think he’ll be useful after all the persuasion of him via dejong and his arrival costing us cristente. i mean spending so much energy & losing so much just for hiring van ginkel a talent and sit him on the bench then let him back to london.
Inzaghi should play Van Ginkel, he is young and pretty good. Same goes for Niang – hey both deserve a chance at least. Also, no Mendez so we were able to play without holding the ball too long.
