PAOLO BERLUSCONI has said he’ll remember Jeremy Menez’s backheel goal for a while and claimed he wants to see El Shaarawy playing.

Silvio Berlusconi’s brother Paolo is officially a Vice President at Milan but he doesn’t do much on club level. However, he was still interviewed by the Milan Channel today and he shared his views over a number of Diavolo-related things.

“The back-heel by Menez will have a special place in my heart as a fan, a place of hope. He’s been the nicest addition, the most striking. Great plays are a pleasing tradition in Milan history, how can you not remember the performances of Van Basten, Papin and Weah to name just a few. Let’s hope the Frenchman’s touch is a good omen,” said the publisher of the newspaper Il Giornale.

“We can’t go back. We can and have to only improve. Filippo Inzaghi has inserted his winning spirit and has brought President Silvio Berlusconi regularly back to Milanello every Friday. El Shaarawy? He is one of the stars of the side and I would always play him, but rightly coach Inzaghi has to get the team playing in a certain way.”

And I understand being “selfish” is a play style it’s not necessarily a bad thing all the time, I just have this bad feeling he’s not so much of a “team… Read more »

Yeah, you’re right. I get that feeling too, thankfully we have Honda. I think he’ll outshine any other Milan player this season along side Bonaventura. Looking forward to the Verona match

SES should play as a false 9

Yes, he can be selfish at times and get’s frustrated. But he has practically finished every game he started and he was not really fit the time he came here. Probably that’s why sometimes his body language is like he does not want to help out but in the real sense his just tired. And he is certainly ahead of Balotelli in terms of work rate because anytime i watch him play at liverpool,i hate to admit but am glad Milan sold him

Yea for sure he works harder and yea I was indifferent about selling balotelli but now it for sure a great thing. But anyway I didn’t necessarily intend to criticize menez’s play I was moreso giving my opinion on reading his body language during matches. Anyways it’s just a silly feeling nothing concrete.

Menez has real chance to become another tarabbt. He’s displaying the same attributes
