MILAN WON on Filippo Inzaghi’s debut as a first team coach and it was a very exciting game against Lazio at Stadio San Siro on Sunday evening. Milan played good football in the first half and already after 8 minute, Stephan El Shaarawy completed an incredible run and then found Keisuke Honda in the box; the Japanese comfortably beat Etrit Berisha to make it 1-0. The Rossoneri were solid defensively and even though Lazio had more of the ball in the second half and tried to create more chances, Milan managed to score again as Sulley Muntari was at the end of a great Ignazio Abate cross in the 56′ minute. New signing Jeremy Menez got on the scoresheet in the 64′ minute after winning and converting a penalty. Another new signing found the net but unfortunately for Alex, who was very good in the air, he scored an own goal in the 66′ minute. Lazio pushed very hard to score more but Inzaghi’s side was very disciplined and didn’t allow Lazio much. In the 93′ minute, Antonio Candreva got a penalty but a new signing was the hero again as Diego Lopez saved from the spot on his debut. Positive game for Milan in front of Galliani, Barbara & Silvio Berlusconi.

Fair winning demostration, solid defense, didn´t like menez’s diving it’s like seeing mario again, but created a lot of space for el92 and honda. el92 was great, like I said previosly muntari does the job, essien is useless, armero it’s a great speedster, overall this is a mayor display for Pippo, in my opinion they worked together like a team BRAVO Inzaghi! A good start for promising season….From the start…I like Lopez arrival…what a solid gk…Solid rock from Alex and Zapata….SES will be better than Di Maria…Honda start to show his class…Menez also slicing the opponent defence….Good assist from Abate…Muntari always present in the right place…But still need improvement…we should cut their ball in the middle..so another play like Lazio did for their goal…never happen again…forza Milan…

I am not a fan of muntari, there’s no denying previously he has always given the possession away and ruined our attacks and wreckless dove into challenges. BUTTTTTT I give credit where credit is due and these last couple of performances by muntari under inzaghi have been really solid. Now the rest of the team played well I still don’t like honda on the wing but he’s obviously really worked hard adapting to the position and he’s made it work so far. Milan are in talks with Parma over Biabiany.Milan wants to offer Zaccardo while Parma wants Niang.If the later eventually goes to Parma,then the next match away to Parma,Biabiany will be facing Parma and Niang facing Milan.But i would rather see Zaccardo at Parma,we need Niang to stay to keep up our pacey and deadly wingers that would destroy any defence.I would suggest giving them Zaccardo and Pazzini.
SES,Niang,Biabiany,Menez,Mastour,Armero and Abate in the wings is a good attack.
Give them Pazzini and Zaccardo so that by January we either bring back Petagna or buy a younger striker as El Nino’s back up option,while using Menez as El Nino’s back up for now,though as a false 9 just like Robinho de Souza against Barcelona last season.
