DOMENICO CRISCITO’S agent has confirmed that Milan want his client, while il Diavolo told Obi’s agent ‘no thanks’.
Milan’s mercato started in a bang with Michael Agazzi, Alex and Jeremy Menez arriving on free transfers but things have slowed down since, especially due to the fact that the Rossoneri are no in a point where they have to sell before buying.
Filippo Inzaghi wants reinforcements in all departments and in defense, after the signings on Alex and Adil Rami, the priority is a left back and with Sime Vrsaljko reportedly heading to Sassuolo, Domenico Criscito seems to be the target.
Inzaghi’s staff speaks, Matteucci: “A privilege to work with him”
Inzaghi on his staff, his squad, today’s friendly and more…
“I can confirm that Milan are interested in Criscito, but it’s too soon to talk about the deal being concluded,” Criscito’s agent Andrea D’Amico told SportItalia. “Is it the moment to come back to Italy? I don’t know, but I am certainly very flattered by Milan’s interest,” the player himself , who will be celebrating 28 winters in December, told Tuttomercatoweb.com this week.
“I don’t know what Zenit’s position is, as you’d need to ask my agent what the club thinks. What I do know is that they consider me an important player.” According to Tuttosport, Criscito appears to be open to the idea of moving to Milan and has in fact contacted his Nazionale friends who are at Milan to ask about the project of Inzaghi for the red & black club for the upcoming season. The FB is valuated at €12m but Milan could include a player in the deal in order to reduce costs.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Michelangelo Albertazzi, Cristian Zapata or Mexes could be ‘the player’ included in the Mimmo deal while there are also reports that Ignazio Abate might be heading to Zenit since his contract at Milan expires next year. The fullback position is not the only role that Inzaghi wants to improve as Milan are still looking for a right winger.
The first target Juan Iturbe looks set to join Roma for nearly €30 mil (the Juventus of Max Allegri failed to reach a financial agreement with Hellas Verona) and there doesn’t appear to be progress on the Alessio Cerci front as official negotiations haven’t started yet (Milan haven’t spoken to Zenit about Criscito either). Sky Italia reports that Milan are now exploring other possibilities, cheaper options (and frankly, worse options) and the name of Manchester United’s Nani has come up.
Sky believes that Nani is worth around €7-8m which is considerably lower than the request of Hellas for Iturbe (€30m) or Torino’s for Cerci (€20m). The wages of the Portuguese are the problem, though, since he earns €3.5m per year. It’s said that Milan have been in contact with his agent. The likes of Antoine Griezmann and Mathieu Valbuena do not seem to be real targets. Corriere dello Sport links Milan today with Paris Saint-Germain’s Lucas Moura but costs would be high too.
It’s clear, however, that before Milan buy a winger they need to sell forwards. M’Baye Niang looks to be staying and so Robinho is the number one candidate to leave. He wants Orlando City and they want him and negotiations are underway but there is the problem: Orlando want to loan him out to a Brazilian club until the MLS season starts but he has no offers.
It’s also reported that the agent of John Obi Mikel has offered him to Milan but they have rejected the man of Chelsea, who are desperate to offload the Nigerian. Inzaghi has said the club knows what his demands are, but resources are limited.

get antonnie griezman considering the age
lucas moura !!!!!!!! he on the RW and el sha LW with Balo in the middle or if sold with Jackson Martinez !
Get Cerci already! With Cerci and Criscito we should be ready for next season. I hope Cristante will get some playing time. He should play atleast 10 games this season.
Idk about cristico but if zapata and robinho leave Ill be happy
No nani!
Does anyone have a website that streams todays game?
Zapata?,maybe you didn’t watch Columbian matches at the World Cup.No to Nani,Lady B said that they have decided to invest so they must do that.Hope some club comes to get Robinho as stated above. We don’t need a DM so no to Mikel Obi even though i’m a Nigerian.
They should get us Cerci,Criscito,Doria,Grenier/Baselli and a Goalkeeper, thats all we need.
Does anyone have a website that streams todays game?
Zapata must stay!!!!!!
though criscito is abit too expensive but milan still need a player like him.he can also cover CB effectively
to me, nani is not that bad at 7mil given he’ll earn less.he’s got some more experience and still 26. though taarabt is still my 1st choice who has already shown he can be important for milan and a cheaper option as milan loves
the average age of the milan defence is not young. so zapata 27 should completely off the market with mexes and zaccardo on
a fullback, a midfielder and a winger please
BREAKING JUVE SIGNED ALLEGRI
Wow, our chances to win scudetto have increased by 275% now. I really feel sorry for juve.
Forget Nani I’m BOUNCING OFF THE WALLS AT JUVE SIGNING ALLEGRI!!! Just waiting for news now of Pirlo packing his bags… And here’s me thinking they’ve been shrewd operators on the transfer market the past few seasons.
Thank to juve for bringing us back in the title race with the signing of allegri.
Lol poor Juve!
But I must give creed to Allegri defensive tactic 2-0 victory against barca at san siro and that he always wanted good prospect but did not get them I remember he wanter: Lamela, Jorginho, hamsik, tevez.
But I pray to good he wants to buy Bonerror from us and maybe Robinho!
Juve next season — Pirlo on the bench, half the team injured in training, 3 bruisers in midfield and Vidal playing up front.
Oh man dejan10 u made me laugh. My best friend is a die hard juve fan and even chuckled over that. Spot on correct
I’m hearing inzaghi has instead asked for lucas moura and we can get him on loan with option to buy. That would be amazing . I’d even prefer him over Cerci he is amazing.
Reports say inzaghi is pushing for him and crisicito that would be fantastic.
Omg, if this would happen…I would be lost for words. If Di Maria will join PSG as has been rumoured then there is a possibility and ofc Galliani and Berlu’s will to listen to Pippo’s demands. Hopefully they will.
It would be beyond fantastic haha.
I don’t think allegri will have time to integrate his awful tactics for the next season and we still may see glimpses of the old Juve and get lucky winning the scudetto like he did at Milan. But the season after the next is when Juve will be noticeably weaker and Juve will regret this.
I hope the news about criscito and lucas are true but too many times we’ve been let down by Galliani

Nani…? Oh lord have mercy. If Pippo wants to have a tactical set up like Germany next season then Nani is NOT the way to go. Any option (except for Valbuena) out of the ones that are rumoured would be perfect. Forget Iturbe he’s too expensive and seems a little overhyped. If we can spend big money, then we should definitely do it on Lucas, now that would be an INCREDIBLE signing. Griezmann or Cerci would be great too. One of those three for our attack and our attack is set for years. And will have everything, pace, skill, power,… Read more »
Conte is beta dan allegri n can’t even qualify juve from ucl group stages hahahahaha.
You all want Zaccardo to stay and Robinho to leave?
Zaccardo was ready to go to Turkey 2 times and he turned down their huge offers..why he wants to stay here as benchman?
In Turkey he would be starter and he would earn much more money than here..
WHY HE WANTS SO MUCH TO STAY HERE?
Give them Mexes. Zapata was a rock for Columbia, and I’m positive, if he can stay fit, he’ll do the same for Milan. Please don’t buy Nani. Put that money towards Cerci or Greizman
I know this sounds very unrealistic considering our tight budget, but can Milan forget about Criscito and go for Marcos Rojo? That guy is a beast.
Marcos Rojo is indeed a beast, silenced Robben and Muller totally on his own.
im sorry guys but you’re saying marcos rojo is good? i hope thats a joke he is an awful player.
Marcos Rojo > Criscito
Niang, Taarabt > Nani
Zapata > Mexes, Bonera, Zaccardo
Simple, better and cheaper as that
iturbe to roma
Yeah right,at the end will come some sheet like Armero.
Just pray milan gets maura nd forget about nani,i believe pippo is gonna make us proud this season
nani is ok to me cos he only need a playing time nd some courage like wen he was in sporting lisbon but iturbe is only overhype
