Report: No offer from Arsenal for Balotelli

MARIO BALOTELLI isn’t on the market but could be sold for a massive offer, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

Milan have made it sort of a habit to sell their best players and there have been many stories regarding a possible sale of Balotelli this summer. Arsenal are reportedly interested in the player and it’s been said that they have approached him.

The English press had suggested that Balotelli gave his willingness to move back to England and Mino Raiola stated that ‘Arsenal is a fantastic club’, words which preceded the talks that Arsenal have made Balo an offer with improved wages.

De Jong: “I’m fine at Milan, despite the change in coach”

The media in Great Britain reported that Arsenal are ready to give Balotelli €11 million gross per season (about €6m net – he currently earns €4m at Milan). Adriano Galliani and Mino Raiola met yesterday and according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, neither Milan or Raiola, who represents Balotelli, have received an offer from any club at this point of the summer window.

Gazzetta also writes that the Rossoneri aren’t interested in Joel Campbell, who was reportedly going to be part of Arsenal’s Balotelli offer to reduce the fee. The Milan-based newspaper says that Balotelli has never been officially put on the market and could only go for a huge offer. If Balotelli goes, Milan might use the money to buy Mario Mandzukic (who is also seen by Arsenal as a replacement for Balotelli according to reports in England), whose market value is around €30m.

“I am only thinking about the World Cup. What comes next, we’ll just have to see. I don’t know anything,” Balotelli said. “I hope this is Italy’s World Cup, not Mario’s. I want to supply the team with goals but I don’t care about being the star of the tournament. I want to be in a winning team, it’s as simple as that. I want to win the World Cup, not be a star. Of course, it’s every players dream to be up for the Player of the Tournament or Ballon d’Or, but right now that’s not on my mind.”

“The meeting with Galliani yesterday? It was an accidental meeting. We just ran into each other,” Raiola told the press. Mario is meanwhile getting ready for the match this evening against Costa Rica and wants a special something if Italy win.

Mario balotelli is not for sale, period!
PS: He should also tell the queen to make him the apparent heir to the throne if he helps italy beat costa rica…nice deal per se.

Sanoske-The_Boss

He should not go

milanzah

any way buy cambell

nattimalta

Keep Balo..Sell Matri and Robinho and Niang and get in Joel Campbell, Iturbe and Doria for CB

Milanista121

Forget about Campbell, forget about Mandzukic, we have our own star for now and for the future in Balo.
Sign other players around who can support him instead and you’ll see that he’ll do even better than he did this season. 14 goals, with being injured, suspensions and playing in such a dysfunctional team is an accomplishment.
Hope he will stay, along with our other star players.

Arber

Definitely sell Balo
15Million€ + Joel Campbell and we have got the jackpot
Even Wenger will kick balo out after 2years max

The guy hasnt got any affection with any club, hes just a street kid who no-one wants in the team
inter & City kicked him out now it our turn to do it
Let Arsenal work on his childish attitude, Champion team like Milan dont have the time to spend on education of rebels

Forza Milan

Lumen.

Well said Milanista 121 my friend,Arber maybe i should tell you ”Stai Zito”.
Balotelli must stay

Arber

Mediocre balotelli will go and must go AMEN
When he will leave it will be a better news than when we sacked Allegri…
Milan without Ballo a dream coming true i hope asap

Milanista

Well…Balo didn’t do so well against CR..but again, the whole team didn’t. He should have scored those two chances. He needs to be more clinical.

Lawcee

sell him jare! he spoil the game against cs.buy Campbell or get players from the youth team. since we are nt going for champions league spot next season according to Barbara

zac

balo was very disappointing against costa rica. same with most of the players. Insigne was a joke, everytime he got the ball he flopped on the ground looking for a foul. embarrassing from Italy, good for costa rica tho

Sheva

Havnt you learned anything?? Galliani will replace bad with worse!

Who was our replacement for Sheva?
Who was our replacement for Kaka?
T.silva?? Ibra??

If we sell Balo, we will end up with andy carol, and galliani saying hes our MR. X

rossonerisiamonoi

:)) our Mr. x must have at least 35 years old , or to be out of contract . Transfers market are a joke for us , so many great young players sold year after year , only for us to bring old and 0 champions mentality .

:'( I miss Pato… I would say sell Balo under 2 easy conditions.. If a hard working player joins instead, who is hungry for goals & action on the field and reliable enough to trust up there in attack. Players with the characteristics of Cavani, Mandzukic, Edin Dzeko, Chicharito, Berardi and Immoble (I personally believe that none of them is better than Balo but let’s face it, they work waay much harder on the field). I would say don’t over focus on the striker and focus on his support, depending on your formation, can either focus on forwarders and a… Read more »
