Highlights: Chievo 0-0 Milan

44

MILAN COULDN’T even beat the last team in the standings (then again, Milan are just seven points above them) but probably deserved more when they faced Chievo on Sunday afternoon at Stadio Marc’Antonio Bentegodi. Milan had a lot more possession in the first half but failed to create much. There was more action in the second half as Milan created more and had good chances, but Robinho and Alessandro Matri wasted their chances. Riccardo Montolivo (83′) and Sergio Pellissier (91′) were both sent off in the match. Sixth consecutive game without a win for the Diavolo.

I BELEIVE ALL WILL SOON B WELL

Y2k

Milan Should sell Matri and buy Andy Carroll or Romelu Lukaku they are good more than Matri. Matri is useless to Milan i wish we will sell him to buy between this two players

setansiluman

i don’t know why Allegri still used 4-3-3 and Muntari.

bobaneri

Did milan need to relegated before start winning something or start buying star player
Milan logic: Star player make financial losses
Big club logic: Buy star player, got financial losses for a while then trophy and more attendances will come

Erik

At this point I have nothing to say, is not like they care about our complaints or comments, it seems like berlusconi is trying to show a point to everyone that he was right all along about allegri and galliani is paying for it after supporting him. Now Galliani position is in jeopardy, if only he listened to berlusconi all this time…

Erik

On another note, galliani never wanted any one of the past greats to come work for milan, for example Maldini. I never understood why he didnt want him there but my best guess will be that he(maldini) will take position or power from galliani. My second guess would be that Galliani wants to pass the torch to his son, since he always with him at every game, but again I could be wrong

Erik

Another thing, I would beg nesta and Maldini to come out of retirement and play for us again, because this defense is horrible, no type of commuinication and our homeboy PALOSCHI almost scored on us and it wasnt offside, it something that inzaghi would do lol

I know people would hate me for confessing this, but the results don’t affect me at all these days. I don’t feel ecstatic when we win, I don’t upset myself when Milan lose. It’s the same cycle I see for the last couple years. This team doesn’t keep possession of the ball, let alone winning the games. So let’s hope Milan start to value their talents (unlike letting stars like Pirlo, Ibra and lot others go), start playing like they have a single clue what they are doing, and start acting like a team who wants to win.

who brought matri

Milan had beaten chievo 17 times and only drawn 3 before this game. the Milan ship is sinking faster than I expected. Galliani is really overrated. some say he is a transfer genius but do u notice that Juve’s three scorers yesterday ( Pogba, Pirlo, Llorente) were all free? Vidal was 10.5 mil and Tevez. 9.5 mil. Robinho was 18 million and Matri 12 mil. Barzagli was bought for 0.34 mil and zapata for 7 mil.

Hasowayne

Wow, very perfect evaluation… GALLIANI???.. What a smoke screen…!!! Matri??? The only striker I know who think’s a strikers job/duty is to make assists instead of goals & He was the only player Allegri kept crying to have during the transfer window & Galliani transferred the money.. Milan’s a ticking time bomb…!!!

invisible

players who dont no how to position there self i have decided not to say anything again they are going no way

Cristante must play the next game along side de jong n saponara if fit on the right wit el shar on the left. 4-2-3-1. There is sooo much talent how we are wasting it. The attack now is under tremendous pressure cos the defence does not do them any favours. This is a vry good side but allegri is destroyin young talent. Berlu is cheap cos he will not fire allegri as he will hav to pay up..n allegri is not happy either n will not quit as he will not b paid if he ds so…if des ppl hav… Read more »

yourBoss

it s perfectly exsecuted. Allegri told them to play at Chievo’s level n they did.

complains should’v been made since d moron made those coments before the actual match.

Mill

Really!? Against Chievo!?

man.. just change the coach already.
We really have nothing to lose as top 5 finish is out of the question for us, let alone top 3.

I want to see Di Matteo on the bench, although the idea of Inzaghi being the coach is thrilling.

I’m also in favour of Prandelli being the coach, but we’ll be relegated before the end of world cup this way..

henriano

u are very correct,i heard him say so,i was shock about the statement that milan should play at chievo’s level.

Times up

i think berlusconi really is punishing milan for their choice to let allegri stay, ohh well if theres anyone who can turn the tide..its the president, we still love u milan

Faliq

Watching milan played liked watching high school football .this day..sad

nana fynn hammar

i use to support allegri but now no.

Cyborg

Berlusconi has to stop second guessing his calls. He was right about Allegri all along. Right now we need someone to turn this situation around till the end of the season, FULL STOP!

After that, like Berlusconi had demanded, Seedorf should take over for the long term.

Titinho Ivan

Is so funny 2see Milan playin like toddlers no cohesion,no positionin n dey can even hold de ball n control de paces of de game n also gve de ball away cheaply n no support play, come on diz is nt de Milan i waz born into.i dnt know if allege has sme shares in Milan

#1fifaplayer

I know I shouldn’t get to excited because I know galliani is going to convince Berlusconi to keep allegri once again.. But it has been reported that they are meeting for dinner tonight to discuss allegris future and if they decide to sack him then inzaghi will take over.. Inzaghi may be not texperienced but his love for the club is undeniable. I can just see him now celebrating crazy after a goal we scored jus like it was his own. He can bring motivation to this team again and hopefully more attacking tactics. Point is he cant do any… Read more »

That match was more boring than a third division match.

danrondo

Allegri will soon be gone… but not sure I want inzaghi yet, we should allow him grow in peace with the feeder team.

Cyborg

Yes inzaghi is doing a fantastic job with the u-19s, we should let him do it in peace, and not disturb him.

Phildadon86

At this point its between him and Mangia. So i dont know. Id much rather see Inzaghi on the bench then Allegri, hell, id rather see you on the bench at this point

RKaY

I miss pazzo’s passion and determination. Maybe his return can motivate some of the players he always seemed happy to be playing and worked hard for the team. Maybe he can set an example.

Massimo

If I lived in Milano…

Some days, after classes and work… I would protest peacefully outside Milanello… Wave a flag that said “VERGOGNATEVI” on one side… and “FORZA PAZZO, EL SHA, RICKY, NIGEL, & MATTIA” on the other side… (TRUE FOOTBALLERS WITH ROSSONERI BLOOD)

axelynx22

d*mn it! after meeting at arcore some news reporting we re going to stick with allegri! wtf galliani?? did u convince berlu to stick with that coach?

i’m sorry allegri, you seem to be a nice person, but please leave.. your time’s done!

Milan

Reports in the Italian Press this evening have claimed that Milan will stick with Coach Massimiliano Allegri.

Respected journalist Gianluca Di Marzio has revealed that President Silvio Berlusconi and Adriano Galliani spoke this afternoon about the matter, but have decided to keep the tactician.

Rumours had surfaced that the Rossoneri would get rid of Allegri after a string of bad results have left the San Siro side languishing in mid-table.

Pippo Inzaghi was believed to be the favourite to replace the former Cagliari, but Di Marzio has claimed that the Diavolo will keep their Coach.

Ted

Mid-table? We’re more bottom table…

Chudy

Mad Max is still the coach..I was hoping for some cheering news now this..

I am waiting till the end of the season..Galliani isn’t ambitious..he is too conservative..if Berlu had been this conservative there will be no stats for Galliani to run his mouth about..

#1fifaplayer

Just like I thought… Allegri remains.. Galliani must be really satisfied of the team

ladon

Galiani is indeed overrated. He is only good at making losses for the team.

Luke

Sampdoria just fired their coach and they aren’t doing much worse than Milan – given the statue of both teams, Allegri should have been out long time ago. Galliani needs to grow some balls and admit he made a mistake hiring Allergies!!!!

halim

Allegri knows a lot about the management secrets milan who likes football gambling. So allegeri maintained

Chudy

Berlusconi: Adriano, Adriano, Max is getting the boots today, the team is playing worse than Chievoo. Galliani: I totally agree with you Silvio.. The team is playing worse than Chievoo.. Berlusconi: So he gets the boots right..we can pay the severance money..I need a coach that will win trophies even if it’s Coppa Italia.. Galliani: I will be coming to Arcore to have lunch today there are things that I cannot be spoken on the phone as this is the Lega Calcio the lines maybe tapped. Berlusconi: Bunga! Bunga !! Max can be fired on this call doesn’t matter if… Read more »

@ chudy, I can’t laugh.. Lol, how did you gather this rumours, u try dude

Y2k

I just read somewhere that Sampdoria has just sack their Coach and why cant we do that right now?

offliner

I havs been checking our team, 10 out of 29 are complete waste and must be released if Milan want to compete again.

EllO

We need to change Allergi so bad ..remember what happened when mourinho came to Inter and after he left ..or how is playing Inter now with Mazzari if u compare it to the last seson with Stramaccioni ..its different team with the same players. Coach is 60 % of how team playing on the pitch ..But for our destroyed team from Alergi we need to bring someone with experience and strong charizma becaususe it can keep like this for long peroid like in Liverpool.. …Prandelli,Cappelo,Ancelotti..of course Sedorf,Inzaghi,Maldini bring close to the team and set them up for the near future

RKaY

Even Chievo sacked their coach after the draw lol, but we still have allegri.

lentini

i read that 6 players are the backbone of allegri’s dressing room- matri, zapata, abate, robinho, constant, montolivo. I guess a divided dressing room helps allegri prepare for games too. I’m shocked muntari is not on the list. But abate and montolivo on that list is shocking. It seems clear now the report of kaka ignoring allegri when substituted is true. El92,k22, b45 not allegri lovers eh? He is to win away to celtic right? That’s a tall order- Since we are not barcelona. Santon for abate rumored for january. If abate loves allegri more than milan, he may leave.… Read more »

Milan already trying to get rid of El shaarawy.. Genoa offered to take him on loan and El shaarawy turned them down and said he wants to fight for his place at milan… Y r milan trying to get rid of our best youth prospect?? His love for the club is like no other and people like balotelli should learn from his desire.. Allegri and galliani better have El shaarawy in their plans when he returns and in the future cause he can be one of the best players in the world… Milan is too frustrating nowadays
