KEVIN-PRINCE BOATENG is feeling good and welcomes back the international players; Daniele Bonera is also satisfied.
Milan officially kicked off their pre-season with the Trofeo TIM yesterday. Milan won the first game against Juventus on penalties but fell against the newly-promoted Sassuolo and finished the tournament in last place for the 3rd year in a row.
Results are probably the last thing that Max Allegri and his players should care about in the pre-season (especially in the TIM Trophy) as these games are meant to mainly improve the physical state of the players ahead of the new season.

Milan-Honda still not over: Another meeting today
“We played well in one match, against Juventus. Now the players who were away on international duty are coming back, the Fantastic Five, and we will complete our preparation all together,” Kevin-Prince Boateng who played good 45 minutes against Juventus (La Gazzetta dello Sport rated him at 6 out of 10), told the Milan Channel after the competition last night.
“It will also allow us to work on the details, and help the new faces to settle in. We have changed some things in the pre-season, and I already feel on form. I feel good. I am sure we’ll get over the hurdle of the Champions League play-off and be ready for the opening match of the season.” Boateng played the Juve match in the role behind the strikers and sometimes drifted to the right with Robinho doing the same on the left, leaving M’Baye Niang in the middle of a 4-3-3.

“We put on a solid show against Juventus, but the result was unfortunate against Sassuolo,” said Daniele Bonera, who played both matches. “These matches help us to put energy in our legs for the upcoming season. We are working hard and well at Milanello. The objective is to be ready for the Champions League play-off, but we mustn’t become obsessed by it.
“These is still time to improve our fitness, and now that the Italy internationals are coming back, the squad will be at full strength.” Milan’s next pre-season game is in three days (27/7/2013) against Valencia at the Mestalla stadium.

I hope everyone is on form when I see Milan in Miami in a couple weeks !!!
can someone please tell me when elshaarawy , balotelli, monty, abate, de sciglio return to san siro
and id saponara injured and if he is when he will return
Today.
I think this season we are going to see the best of Boateng. Midfield competetion will benefit us a lot but i think Poli will claim starting position. Let’s wait and see.
Forza1899milan I will at the Miami game too I can’t wait, I hope my jersey arrives on time I will be trying to stalk the team to get them to sign the jersey
Just sell Abate to Arsenal for 15mln and offer 15mln plus Robinho for Vital Dede. And than Mirko Vucinic and Fabio Coentrao. And our team will be: Abbiati, De Sciglo-Dede-Zapata-Coentrao, Montolivo-De Jong-Boateng, Vucinic-Balotelli-El Shaarawy.
Milan should get Julio Cesar, Fabio Coentrao or Domenico Criscito, and new center back like Vital Dede or Andrea Ranocchia. And get new striker like Vucinic.
Cesar, De Sciglo-Dede-Zapata-Criscito, Montolivo-De Jong-Boateng, Vucinic-Balotelli-El Shaarawy.
Get out sometimes boy…
You play to much Fifa / CM …
you need to change your name to blue&black and return
to the inter blog
Julio ceasar is ok but seeing that he’s old i dont think this is as a smart move. Fabio coentrao is ok but who is he competing with? Remember that we have De Sciglio, constant and Didac vila(good player).
As for Vidal and Dede I have nothing to say more than we will neverr get em.
And If you really consider Vucinic as milan striker, you must check your head. with this move you are just adding more cost for the bench than what we already have.
Vital Dede is one player, he is defender
@rossoneri4life better still we can sell u 4 nothing (dont know which team will buy) and replace u with a baby. Rubbish!
Sickkkkkkkk!!! Forza milan!!!
I’m going to stop moaning. I’m going to believe in the project. Vergara, Poli, Saponara and Honda could be decent signings. Our midfield might see a marked improvement with the return of De Jong along side Montilvio and Poli. Maybe Sapanora could do things at trequartista. Perhaps SEScould play like he did at the start of last season. Maybe Balo will continue to score (without relyingon penalties so much). We might have a decent season. I am worried about the defence though so I hope I’m wrong
Sorry, but the way milan defense now is not impressive. Far from the legends : tassoti-baresi-costacurta-maldini.
I agree about the centre backs. But I think our fullback positions are fine with Abate and De Sciglio who are class. Really great. I think Mexes is doing very good as well, Zapata has his moments, but we do need one more great centre back though.
Nigel de jong was a beast! He deserves the award, and to imagine he’s just recently returned from injury and it’s the beginning of pre-season… and as for Boateng, I believe he can do great this season, but as long as he is played in midfield! Poli is looking great as well. With the signing of Saponara, and perhaps Honda as well this summer we’ll finally have two real trequartista’s so Prince can start playing in midfield! It will not only benefit the team, but also himself. Forza Milan!
with De Jong, Captain and KPB in Defencive, while Saponara in Attacking, we will separate any midfield in serie A…
Forza Milan
hope cska will agree sell Honda today after meeting with him. I want to see him against valencia
