KAKA AND BALOTELLI will not arrive to Milan but Abate could be heading to Russia to join Zenit.
There is just one week left for the January transfer market and Milan have barely moved, only selling Alexandre Pato and signing Riccardo Saponara (for the summer) but there could be some late surprises.
Milan were working in the last days to bring Kaka from Real Madrid but the deal did not work out as the two clubs couldn’t reach a deal and have been reportedly working to bring Balotelli but Berlusconi denies.
El Shaarawy: “I believe in 3rd place, I see myself in Kaka”
Milan deposit Saponara’s contract
“We won’t sign Mario Balotelli or Kakà. They cost too much, and these kind of deals are impossible during times like these,” Milan President Silvio Berlusconi is quoted as saying on the Italian press on Thursday. “Galliani always hopes to make these kind of deals but he’s prevented from operating due to our finances.”
Reports suggested earlier today that Manchester City have given Milan 48 hours to make an offer for the Italian attacker and want at least €25 million for him. Berlusconi is not a fan of Balotelli as he feels that his personality is not one suited for a club like Milan. Milan are apparently only interested in taking Balotelli, 21, on loan with an option to buy him and have absolutely no attention of paying €25 million for the Azzurri man.
While Kaka and Balotelli will probably not arrive to Milan, it looks likely that Milan will sign Parma’s 31-year-old Cristian Zaccardo. The 2006 World Cup winner is highly-expected to join the Rossoneri in exchange for Djamel Mesbah. Zaccardo will reportedly sign a 4.5-year deal worth €900,000 a season.
The expected arrival of Zaccardo, whose agent arrived in via Turati this afternoon to close the deal, who can play as a right back and in the center of the defense, could pave the way out for Ignazio Abate. The 26-year-old Milan product has lost his place in the starting XI to the 20-year-old Mattia De Sciglio. Abate could move to Zenit St. Petersburg as Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Milan and Zenit have agreed terms.
Meanwhile, Milan have officially sent Mattia Valoti on loan to Albinoleffe and have sold 50% of Primavera player Marco Bortoli to Novara. Brescia are reportedly interested in signing Rodney Strasser on loan.
Hahahahahahahaha.lmfao
Mr B&G are the problems of milan
THANKS GOD !! B or G ARE NOT MY FATHER !!
A good swap in my opinion but don’t just like the length of contract
Let wait and see what else they have up their sleeves before I pass my judgment
Fingers crossed wit my chill beer beside.
Don’t sell Abate!! Haven’t you hurt us enough?
Galliani will not sell Abate if he doesnt have an ace up his sleeves. The market strategy is well planned over a period of three weeks. Balotelli and Santon will come.
I feel like am running temperature. . . dis old men are killing me..!!!
I said it before, chaos!
why send Rodney Strasser to Brescia. He is too good for that team
relax you idiot so-called “fans” let the men work. yes i dont want abate to leave but they said no to 10 mil and we dont know how much the new offer is, it could be a fantastic deal depending on the price. There is a week left, now have some damn faith
