ANTONIO CASSANO looks set to be on his way to Inter with Giampaolo Pazzini heading the other way.
Fantantonio never hid his displeasure of the departures of Thiago Silva and Zlatan Ibrahimovic and according to the latest reports he’s on his way out as well with Inter being his number one destination.
Cassano is ready to cross to the other side of Milano – the black & blue side of which he was a fan as a child and it could be in exchange for Inter striker Giampaolo Pazzini in whom Milan have shown interest.
Cassano will not play in the Trofeo Berlusconi tonight and he’s currently in Genoa with his family waiting for news regarding his very-possible move to Inter. Cassano is believed to be enthusiastic about this possibility while Pazzini also wants to move to Milan this summer to play in the UEFA Champions League.
The costs of this deal are still not clear as it will not be a clean swap deal. The majority of reports suggest Milan will have to add an amount between €5-10 million in addition to Cassano in order to get Pazzini who is out of favour at Andrea Stramaccioni’s side. According to the reports, tomorrow the agents of the two players – Tullio Tinti and Beppe Bozzo will meet with delegates from Milan and Inter to discuss this swap.
Cassano and Pazzini played together in Sampdoria and were one of the most feared striking duo in the world. They brought Sampdoria to the Champions League qualifications but now they look set to swap.
