MILAN COULD continue to sell players as the name of Philippe Mexes is now linked with an exit.
Mexes hasn’t featured yet for Milan in this pre-season as he arrived late after the Euro 2012 and then he had to return back to Italy from the United Sates tour for the birth of his second daughter Stella.
Philippe had an average Euro campaign along with the rest of the French team. Now they’ve changed their coach to former Juventus boss Didier Deschamps, who yesterday surprised in his words about Mexes.

“In addition to Philippe, you can highlight other exclusions,” Deschamps reportedly said to beIn Sport about leaving Mexes out of his first France squad. “I won’t say Mexes is a special case. I know very him well and he’s part of my expanded list. He’s in a particular situation at Milan, I don’t know if he’ll stay there.”
il Corriere dello Sport suggests today that Mexes could leave Milan in exchange for a striker. According to the Rome-based newspaper, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is a big fan of the 30-year-old centre half and since Mexes is on a very high wage at Milan as he came as a free agent from Roma in the summer of 2011, Milan could consider Arsenal a swap between Mexes and Denman international Nicklas Bendtner.
The exchange could be one of loans. Mexes failed to impress in his first year at Milan but his departure would leave Milan with just 4 CB’s: Mario Yepes, Daniele Bonera, Francesco Acerbi and Cristian Zapata.

Omg…we can’t let Mexes leave…especially not in exchange for bendtner, galliani is obviously going mental? it is the only explanation, bendtner is by no means a champion which he promised. even borriello is a champion, shows how poor bendtner is. i hope we get matri in attack though. matri g. rossi kaka and a midfielder would be amazing, and actually quite possible.
