M’BAYE NIANG could be on his way to Milan as he’s already visited the training complex last week.
He would not be the replacement for Zlatan Ibrahimovic, but Stade Malherbe Caen’s striker M’Baye Niang could be on his way to Milan as the Rossoneri are reportedly preparing a bid to lure the 17-years-old.
Niang, who had had a trial in mid-July with Arsene Wenger’s Arsenal, attracted interest from a number of clubs this summer and Milan are one of them. And in fact, they invited Niang to come for a visit at Milanello.
According to the online edition of the French newspaper L’Equipe, Niang – who scored five goals in 30 appearances for Caen – was at Milan’s training complex on Friday. “I was really impressed by Milanello. It’s magnificent. Milan is a club that I’m really interested in,” the player is quoted as saying on lequipe.fr.
L’Equipe suggests that Milan could send Caen their offer for Niang already today. Competition for Niang, who would probably play with the Primavera if he arrives, is tough, but Milan aim for the youngsters.
