MILAN CONTINUED their winning form against C.D. Olimpia in Boston on Saturday with an impressive first half performance against the weak C.D. Olimpia, the champions of Honduras. Robinho was excellent and already after 24 minutes he found the back of the net with an accurate shot from outside the box. Antonio Cassano and Riccardo Montolivo ran the game for Milan and 12 minutes after the first goal, Cassano crossed the ball to Robinho who headed it perfectly towards Antonio Nocerino, who scored Milan’s second. Nocerino added another one after an Ignazio Abate assist (44′) to make it 3-0 on half time. The second half was very far from exciting as coach Massimiliano Allegri made a lot of changes and it seemed like Milan simply stopped trying to score more goals and were just spending time on the field. Olimpia took advantage of that situation and scored their only goal through a header from Jose Escalante (72′). Milan continue to work and record another win as the Serie A approaches.
