ZLATAN IBRAHIMOVIC has made it clear he’s set to stay and says “we’ll do everything to win” the title.
Reports this morning indicated that Ibrahimovic might leave Milan at the end of the season, but the player and his agent quickly denied these rumours, suggesting the giant Swede is very happy to play for Milan.
Zlatan is perhaps having the best season of his career, on the personal level, as he’s Milan’s top scorer in all competitions with 29 goals in 33 appearances. He says he wants to win with Milan and is ready to stay.
Scudetto race is 50-50, says Maldini
Milan-Genoa cancelled following Morosini death
“As I have said many times I’m fine here, I have a contract, I have no other thoughts and I am determined to finish this season well with Milan, we have 6 games where we will give our all and we must do everything to get the better in the duel with Juventus,” Ibrahimovic told Milan Channel at training in Milanello today.
“Milan has brought me a smile and the desire to play, my future is at Milan. I have no reason to say anything else: I am playing well because I am fine here, on and off the field. I will be back in training after the Euros and my vacation. There are six games in the league, and we will do everything to win, then we will do the sums,” the striker added. “We are there and we must stay focused, well prepared for each game.
“All the players believe this team can become stronger, but it is not easy to operate in the market now. So far they have done everything that was promised and I am happy to stay here. The club, firstly president Silvio Berlusconi and [Vice President and Chief Executive] Adriano Galliani, have given me confidence and responsibility. I am happy and I can only do my talking on the pitch. They have done a lot for this club over the last twenty years. They are the symbols of this club and continue to make history,” Ibracadabra said.

“We want to win the league again, we are the champions. We are a point behind but if we concentrate then we can get back in front. We could have won the matches against Catania and Fiorentina. The important thing is not to repeat the mistakes and do our best in the upcoming games. Hopefully I’ll score on Sunday.”
Ibrahimovic is currently the capocannoniere of the Italian Serie A with 23 goals scored (+3 from Toto Di Natale and Diego Milito). He can become the first-ever player to win this title with 2 different clubs
“The situation regarding his future is clear,” Ibra’s agent Mino Raiola said today. “Milan don’t want to sell him and he doesn’t want to leave. The rest are theories, dreams, baseless assumptions. The voices which are suggesting otherwise are not true, also because he is the kind of guy who doesn’t hide his intentions.
“His agreement expires in 2014, even if expiry dates count for little. He had two and a half years left with Inter, four with Barcelona. Whether Zlatan stays or one day goes will have nothing to do with the time left on his contract. Ibra, as he has always said, is happy in Milan.” Ibra arrived to Milan in the 2010 summer.
A great asset to the club no doubt! I do hope he can win that elusive Champion’s League title before he retires. To see him do that in red and black would be great.
Here’s to a healthier Milan from now on!
Stay until retirement :D or atleast until Shaarawy matures
Hope the return of some players will help u scoring for us to the title Zlatan!
good thing, too, for more reasons than his immense talent. with all the contract expiries at the end of this season, we have enough worries with replacing all of them. we can not afford to be looking for quality replacements for our star players at the same time.
EXCELLENT PLAYER,but i think ibra should be sold alongside robinho.close to 45 million can be generated from their sale.milan can sign about 4 to 6 good players with this money then maybe berlusconi can add a super striker, tevez.
how can u people say that.
whats wrong with some people. six tevezs could not make one ibra, stop this tevez nonsense. You sound like allegris signing psylosophy.. selling nesta and pirlo for muntari!?@*? these signings are for clubs with fast ambitions not big ambitions and can only leave you a league title like last year 2010-2011. But Milan club football ambiiton like Europe? NO. Thats why I respect Juves signings and targets, Pirlo, Higuan.. Leave Ibra alone he is in an unmatched level, Tevez isnt, where messi, ronaldo belong.
If he’s to stay, he shouldn’t be our reliable striker next season.
uh oh, he’s talking like he doesn’t expect Milan to buy big in the summer. He should stay but he should also learn to play in a front 3
Ibra should be sold??? Wth?
U have no clue as to wat ur talking about do ya?
Thanks for uploading my video! :)
I’ll make a Shaarawy tribute soon.
Ibra is a great asset for Milan, but I feel we still need to build our team.
I personally want Ganso to arrive, as Galliani mentioned to bring him last year.. He could be a great asset in attack.
Midfield need some fresh legs, I have no idea who to buy in midfield and left back as I only know how to play FIFA 12 and not build a real life team..
I will leave the for the professionals :)
Ibra is high class player for sure, but the goals amount this season doesn’t reflect real situation. About half of those goals are from penalty spot, others are created almost by himself. What I’m saying is, he needs to get better passes sometimes cause I’m sure, if he get the oppurtunity, he’ll finish. He made really good and difficult assists too. I hope he’ll feel fine in Milan to his retirement.
Oh milan fans! Atleast ibra deserved ur courtesy, we shldn’t be bias. He is a great player, he also like to stay wiz us, but why are u talking to him like this? Even if u sugest his selling, do u think milan management are ready to buy us players like him? I believe, not! Forza milanista.
hear robinho will be sold to santos in exchange for ganso. its a gamble, iv seen ganso play & he’s brilliant but will he cope with allegri’s ridiculously exhausting style of play? There very few quality cam’s around & ganso is one of them, his arrival would also help pato. Milan is very close to a complete team, only a few signings required.
Allegri will bench him for Seedorf/Ambrosini!
Our problem was and is that we do not substutite players when they were sold. Especialy Kaka. With that money we should buy great AM. And we let pirlo go with no long term substitute. Left back problem but no idea what to do. We lack three good player to be top of the word and that is LB, DM and AM. We do not have link between attack and midfield. And that is allegris fault. He don’t have balls to tell galiani: “I need that and that player.” We need strong trainer and with caracter. I never saw a… Read more »

Ibra shouldn’t leave and Milan should find a vice-ibra.I would like to have Oliver Giroud in our team as Ibra’s vice.
Would love Tevez and Bolleteli.
ibra should stay. hes a champion. galliani needs to sign a striker who best partners ibra. this is the only way we can do better in champions league
ibra may never win the champions league because on the big stage when it matters most he flops.i think we can rely on a fit pato alongside tevez will be amazing.rememba milan vs madrid, milan vs inter, pato was clinical.
Pato sucks now
No guarentee that he wont suck next season
Ibra is good for Milan in Serie A because of the attention he has been given by Allegri. For playing so many games and the whole strategy bent to accommodate him, He should have done even more,If a fit Pato gets a similar treatment from Allegri probably he will be as good as Messi and overtake RVP or CR7 easily.Everywhere Ibra plays it’s clear he wants the team to be around him,If he is an exceptional player or plays for a different club other than Milan ,we can agree with Ibra’s style. But Ibra is an ordinary player in the Champion’s League,He… Read more »
Ibra 9ce guy but i need my PA70 back i really missed him Arapa70
why comments like sell ibra? he is our key player its impossible that he will leave milan.. i read that monty will arrive that is good news, i hope we get astori back and try to sign ganso. if any other transfer happens it will be free players (Cesare Natali,adler,monty).. i dont see that we need new star striker as we have best attack in the world (ibra, binho, cassano, pato, shaarawy and maxi). milan should focus on midfield and deference as we can not count on nesta, seedorf, gattuso, ambro 2 play as last 10 years
GALLIANI said that he wants the team to be more italian.and he is willing to give valoti the chance & astori.galliani also stated that milan will rely on the primavera(www.calciomercato.com).from football-italia.net milan have reached a deal for montolivo.
We need some fresh signings, 4-5 players to mention:
A CB, a LB, a DMF, an AMF & a CF.
1. CB — Astori/Granqvist
2. LB — Alaba/J.Alba/Kolarov
3. DMF — Montolivo/Dejong
4. AMF — Hamsik/Kagawa
5. CF — Tevez
It’s said on Goal.com that kolarov and kagawa are on our radar….. montolivo and astori, i think will be ours and for the attacker we can hope for a good one and maybe ganso if robinho is exchanged with santos(though i doubt it)
Do a player that’s injured, sucks? What would you say of player that plays week-in and week-out and commit blunders? Pato doesn’t suck, its his injury that Sucks!!!
Montolivo has signed with MILAN!
its a 4 year contract worth 2.5 million Euro/year
and he will join this summer!
