CARLOS TEVEZ can still arrive to Milan, but it’s up to Silvio Berlusconi, reports in Italy suggest.
Only on Friday Adriano Galliani said that Milan have given up on signing Carlos Tevez this January and will try again in the summer, but as Catania President Lo Monaco said: the mercato is a place for lies.
Talks between Milan and Manchester City broke down due to a clause City which would impose Milan to pay a penalty (some say of €8mil others €12mil) if they do not buy Tevez at the end of the six-month loan.

According to Italian media outlets today, Milan will be back to negotiations with the Citizens tomorrow, if Vice President Adriano Galliani manages to convince Silvio Berlusconi – who said before that Tevez is ‘not his type’ – to accept City’s clause. Milan-City had understandings about everything, but that clause/penalty.
Tevez still wants to join Milan, who have already signed his ‘alternative’ Maxi Lopez when talks collapsed. Carlitos, who said before he won’t set foot in England again, may be back training with City’s reserves.

This Tevez issue has been lingering for a while now. Milan should make up their mind and not being indecisive. if we really need him then i suggest we should go out and get him. Tevez is a fanmtastic player and will thrive at the Sansiro

i dont think we know what silvio think about tevez. Tevez may come in the end… because pato is out for a month or longer (i hear it could be two months), ca*ssano out for very long time and ibra is getting tired. inzaghi will also leave possibly these last few days. we need tevez really.

guys, what Galliani want from Tevez is that he actually more or less can do what Ibra can do! like Ibra, he can also set up the attack, creating chances, good finishing and stamina.
