AC MILAN may be interested in El Niño as Chelsea are ready to loan him, reports in Italy suggest.
“I am not courting Tevez, as he is not my type. Besides, he’s too expensive,” Silvio Berlusconi told the media yesterday, after Adriano Galliani had promised he’ll try to do the impossible and bring Carlitos.
Milan have a deal in place for Catania’s Maxi Lopez but it emerges on Wednesday that the Rossoneri of Allegri have other alternatives, namely Chelsea’s 27-year-old misfit Spanish striker Fernando Torres.
Allegri: “Let’s enjoy the holiday now”
Highlights: Cagliari Calcio 0-2 AC Milan
The main obstacle in the Tevez deal is the formula of the transfer as Manchester City refuse to give the player on loan, however, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport and sportmediaset.it, Chelsea are willing to negotiate a loan deal with Milan over the player, who has failed miserably to make any impact on the Blues.
Torres has been on the scoresheet only 5 times in all competitions (35 games) since joining the team in January 2010 for a massive £50 million fee. His next stop could be Milan but Tevez is still the first option. La Gazzetta gives 60% to Tevez, 30% to Torres and only 10% to Maxi. Director Ariedo Braida is expected to meet Manchester City on Thursday to discuss Tevez, who wants to join Milan and has agreed his terms.
Milan are on the market for a striker, but Berlusconi thinks that Pato and Ibrahimovic should play together.
Pato is big name but inconsistent, so why should we sign another bigname and inconsistent player? it would be a waste. I’d prefer to play SES92.
Tevez is OK, but only for free loan deal and option to buy.
midfield wont need another reinforcement, Flamini and Gattuso will be back on January. beside that there is Emanuelson who is available.
NOTE: one thing for sure, Milan will use their non-EU slot this January.
Zidane has been carring Real Madrid those days, but wasnt the one scoring goals. Guess you and Giancarlo should go watch/support some la liga teams with crap defense, as you guys only consider goals. I said Milan are top because of team-work, and you think they’re there solely because of Ibra & Noce. However goodluck with your thinking. thanks.
No matter’s who will be a new striker in AC MILAN,
if doesn’t have a good playmaker,
it won’t work….
