AC MILAN have received a ‘no’ on their Tevez offer but Galliani wants to keep trying: “it’ll be difficult.”
The Rossoneri made an offer for Manchester City’s Carlos Tevez this week after agreeing personal terms with the player’s agent, Kia Joorabchian, but today, it’s been revealed that City turned down Milan’s offer.
Adriano Galliani made it no secret that Milan’s intention is to take the player on short-loan, with an option to sign him on a permanent deal at the end of the season, but Manchester City insist on a sale of their former captain already in January and have a club – Paris-Saint Germain – ready to buy Carlitos Tevez out-rightly.

“We received an answer. You all know the situation,” Milan’s Vice President and Chief Executive Adriano Galliani told Sky Sport 24 on Saturday. “Manchester City want to sell the player outright, while we want him on loan with the right to buy. We are a big club and if players do well then we take up their options.
“It’s true that Paris Saint-Germain are looking at the Argentine now as well, so I think it will be a bit of a long negotiation process. I spoke to [PSG Sporting Director] Leonardo and he told me the President of PSG is interested in Tevez. In any case, I don’t want to make any predictions on the outcome of the negotiations, as there were many clubs on Tevez, including some Italians, an English side and Paris-Saint Germain.
“We have already received City’s response to our offer and they are asking for the player to be signed outright, so I hope to convince them to accept our proposal. Tevez looks set to come to us and it’s usually important to have the will of the player: I think it will be long negotiations, but in 25 years I have seen everything on the market. I will do everything possible and impossible to bring him, but the operation is difficult. If Tevez does not arrive, then we have a basic agreement with Catania for Maxi Lopez,” he added.
Filippo Inzaghi and Stephan El Shaarawy’s future are unsure but Max Allegri’s stay seems certain: “Pippo Inzaghi will decide his own destiny, while we’ll decide along with Stephen El Shaarawy what to do,” Galliani then said. “As for Massimiliano Allegri, his contract until 2014 is already written. It’s a pure formality.”

He said it. The will of the player overrules the intentions of management. Keep trying Galliani. You’re the real veteran of negotiations. I’m sure they can be convinced. Barcelona at one point wanted to sell Ibra outright… but we got him on loan, then three payments.

It was a co-ownership deal. Both us and Genoa have 50% of him.
At the end of the season, both will discuss the options. (He can come back to Milan,Stay at Genoa, Re-new the Co-ownership)
However,if negotiations break down,there will be a blind auction. Highest bidder will get 100% of him..
Same goes for El Shaaraway.
Genoa and Milan are on friendly terms, so I’m sure they can work out both contracts. I think Merkel will come back and El Shaarawy will leave though.

Our interactions with Genoa have been a mixed bag. Boateng has turned out great… Sokratis wasn’t and left.

Its simple if Tevez arrives which I hope he does then Shaarawy should be sent back to Genoa and bringing back Merkel in the process. If Tevez doesnt arrive then keep Shaarawy and just forget about Lopez.

Real Madrid are just over hyped and a over rated team which I think WE can beat anytime. Barca players do tend to dive alot but as long as they have Messi they will always be the team to beat so credit to them. Kaka would be 30 years old by then. We need to look forward… and think about the future. Kaka of 2007 is no longer… I loved Kaka back then. Still have 2006/07 Jersey with his name on it… but I’m realistic. If we want to beat the big teams in Europe we need to sign young promising talent.

After watching the Barca – Real Game, it quite clear to me that Real Madrid or the Los Galacticos are not as good a team as they are made out to be. There have been criticisms towards Zlatan about the fact that he doesnt deliver in big matches, but looking at christiano ronaldo’s performances in all the El Classicos as well as other big games, Zlatan is a better player.
