MILAN have welcomed back some players from injury, and international commitments on Monday.
Injuries have played a big part when many Milan fans tried to explain the Rossoneri’s sluggish start and bad performances this season, but this “excuse” will soon no longer be good as players begin to recover.
The trend continued in today’s training, as Robinho, Gianluca Zambrotta, Alessandro Nesta and Kevin-Prince Boateng, who were all out (some with minor injuries), have all trained normally this afternoon.
Allegri: “Ibrahimovic wants to stay at Milan”
Gullit on Milan: Pirlo, Ibra, Robinho and more…
To these four joined Zlatan Ibrahimovic. The striker, who is suspended from Sweden’s next game, came back to Milanello earlier than the rest of the international representatives, and acmilan.com pointed out that he was “keen to be back” following his statements that suggest he’s gradually becoming tired of football.

All the five players that were mentioned above are expected to be physically available for the game against Palermo, but Boateng is suspended so he won’t play anyway. Alexandre Pato and Ignazio Abate worked in the gym today, and the Brazilian is believed to return against BATE Borisov, or in time for the Lecce game – same goes for Philipp Mexes, who is almost 100%, after recovering from a serious knee ligament injury.

glad to have robinho back
THIS SQUAD WILL DESTROY SERIE A!
Abate – Mexes – Silva – Taiwo
Boateng – Van Bommel – Nocerino
——Robinho——
Pato – Ibra
Where’s the creative player? Who builds attacks?
Robinho.
ya that’d be nice but 2 bad when u play for milan theres a 1 in 11 chance of getting injured
we could also have a great use of cassano instead of pato, which makes us even stronger, as he can really give the balls to both ibra and robinho up front :D
Yeah! Really glad to have binho back. Now we will whop palermo’s ass.
this must be the lineup from now on
Abbiati, Abate, Mexes, Silva, Taiwo, Nocerino, Van Bommel, Aquilani, Robinho, Pato, Ibrahimovic/El Shaarawy
yes el shaarawy is a great player really is the kind of player pato and robinho can play with ibra is a little selfish and robinho and pato need to keep the ball more
Glad to have robbie abate and pato back, no more excuses for us forzan milan
FORZAAAAAAAAA MILAAAANNNN!!!!!!!!!!!
IV MISSED THI9S GUY….SOME SPEED, SUM STEP OVA’S TIME FOR ME TO SHOUT OLE AGAIN..I WON’T PREDICT THE SCORE OR NYTHING BUT IL TELL PALERMO TO LOOK OUT FOR A MUCH IMPROVED AND HUNGRIER MILAN THAN EVVVVERRR MY BLOOD IS RED AND BLACK
ROBINHO LOVES THE CAMERA HAHAHA
FORZA MILAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
can waite to see dis guys back and play gud football once again, up milan
Finally! Now we can show everyone what our team is REALLY made of. FORZA MILAN!
our team is so old…how can robinho change that???
our mid is DIRE…….honestlly, we are terrible in the midfield department. we should abandon the 4-2-2 and go with wingers at this point, 4-2-3-1 ftw!
I would like to see this formation: Abbiati
Abate-Mexes-Silva-Taiwo
Boateng-Van Bommel-Aquilani
Robinho
Pato-Ibrahimovic
Hi… Ro*ssonero 23… nice to see you again here! 4-2-3-1 is terrible.
If you are r-o-s-s-o-2-3 Welcome back i missed you :'<!
i meant abandon the 4-4-2….and yes, we play 4-4-2, with a diamond midfield…which doesn’t make any sense. we shouldn’t try to play a formation with players we dont have..hahahaha
We will all see how important Robinho really is. People talk bad about him all the time… and some wanted him sold (even back to Man City). How wrong they were.
Some good news afterall…
Robson ‘Rohinho’ De’ Souza!! Glad u are back bro. Milan missed u. ROBINHO ! ROBINHO !! ROBINHO !!! ROBINHO !!!! ROBINHO !!!!! FORZA ROBINHO, FORZA ALLEGRI, FORZA MILAN.
Robinho isn’t reliable at all he always misses crucial chances and i really think he is waste off space. copy..
Oh come on. His movement and skill on the ball is second to none. We have no other player like that in our squad. And his build-up play is vital for our team.
If you guys think that Mexes will come and save our defense, don’t have your hopes up. Mexes isn’t really that good. Next summer we have to get a good CB to replace Nesta. Mexes won’t cut it. I think Yepes could be better than him. Maybe.
Oh I beg to differ. Mexes is a great defender… and often was Roma’s best. He was one of the defenders in that backline that always made the important interceptions and such. Mexes is an excellent defender. Yepes is way too old.
Mexes was one of the best at Roma????? Juan was and he and Burdisso often started ahead of him. Don’t get me wrong, he’s a decent defender but he is not a replacement for Nesta. He isn’t the fastest and he lacks positioning. I remember when Pato got pa*ssed him a couple of times quite easily, but then again it’s not easy to defend against Pato
Not true at all. Ask any Roma fan. Mexes was often the better defender, and certainly better then Burdisso. You couldn’t be any more off the mark. Mexes is cla*ss. Juan hasn’t been good in two seasons… inconsistent at best. Mexes bailed him out… and when Burdisso was on the bench Roma’s defense look better. He’s more then decent. He’s definitely very good in positioning. I know this because I like Roma, and have watched them over the past few seasons. I’m not a fan or supporter of Roma… no… but I have followed them. Pato rarely got past him.… Read more »
