LASSANA DIARRA has reportedly rejected a chance to go to Milan on loan.
The portal of the Spanish sports daily Marca claims that the Real Madrid midfielder has said no to Milan’s offer to take him on season-long loan, even though Real and Milan have already agreed on the transfer.
Lass did not play the pre-season with Real Madrid this summer by choice, but it seems that he has decided to stay with Los Blancos, rejecting the offer of English Premier League side Tottenham as well.

Milan needed a quick and low cost fix to the midfield after the injury of Mathieu Flamini, who is out for 5/6 months, and Lassana (26) sounded perfect as time could prove to be limited for him with Real Madrid. Pedro Leon (24) was an option too but he signed for Getafe, while Sami Khedira (24) is a starter for Real.
The summer transfer window deadline is approaching (at 19:00 CET) and no one seems close to Milan.

a so called 50mill budget+10mill from borriello transfer, not sure about the kaka funds but thats a total of 60mill+reduced wages and milan only spent 5million+half of merkel for half of Stephen leaving 55mill but yet we seek loan deals and players on expiring contracts and free agents, which is disgusting for a top class club.
oh plus the additional 7mill for KPB who we had for a year and 8mill for IBRA so milan spent 20million (60-20=40million remaining) :)

Guys, the market closes at 11:59 PM local time in Italy… not in whatever time zone you are in. Do your math right please. And there are always last minute transfers. Medicals can happen after. Contracts can be signed prior. There is always hope for someone to join. But I really think we will be active in January.
